I know that feeling. I got told today I've got to have a disciplinary and work because of too many days sickness. :( I am going to try and link it all back to my depression and hope that they understand and don't punish me too hard for it.

I have going to talk to the union and get some support from them. I'm going to take my list of side-effects from my medication in with me to show them that it's my medication that's making me ill majority of the time and hopefully they'll let me off. I probably should go to my doctor and find out if there is other medication I can take that has less side-effects but works just as well with my brain.

I'm not ashamed of being ill so I don't feel the need to hide it through sMail. I'm taking anti-depressants which have some crappy side-effects :(

I spoke to one of the management team and he said the more evidence I had supporting my illness the less likely I am to get into more trouble so I'm going to go to docs and get letter from them explaining that I do have lots of issues and sometimes it will get in the way.
