Yeah, I think they upped their "rarity" a bit too much for Keelhaul this year. I have over a dozen chillin' in my shop.

I've definitely gotten them more often. I finally got the last piece I needed......after getting a couple that I already have. Now...if I could just bring myself to take all the pieces out, I can finally get access...
