I am too lazy to post this on the CHIC thread, but here is my precious Inquisitor. I abandoned my human mage and I am not regretting it. THIS IS THE MOST PERFECT OF MY 8 INQUISITORS AND I LOVE HER TO BITS.

She looks great! What class is she? I can't wait to play!! My pc was held up a few days but I hope to have it late next week.

Aw that stinks! I managed about 30 hours of game play over the weekend. Taking a break during the week so I don't burn myself out :p

I'm romancing Solas with Alleria. I thought it'd be more difficult for me to resist romancing Cullen (I romanced him in the other games that I abandoned for various reasons) but even with the little amount of time I've played I'm not regretting it. It's going to be more interesting changing it up. I don't like the approval system though. I'm always afraid that I will end up losing a ton of approval and not knowing where I stand with my companions is nerve wracking.

Yeah, I don't like how you can't see it :( I had a play through as a mage and Cassandra doesn't like me at all and I have no idea why. Rude. But Solas disapproves of so much! SO SO MUCH. OH JESUS SOLAS. COME ON NOW. Cullen is def. easier since he doesn't have an approval rating - just flirting. And god I love him. But Solas is the best.

I'm gonna make sure to actually talk to all the companions this time. I always end up forgetting about the ones I don't use.

I love Cassandra for her disgusted noise. Whenever I do something she doesn't like I imagine her making it. I was a human mage who sided with the Templars and allowed them to join as allies in one of my many abandoned playthroughs. Solas flipped out on me. It gave me the option to slap him...I wish I had chosen it just to see what would happen. I was scared to do it though. Hoping he'll be more appreciative if I side with the mages this time.

I'm sure the attack on Haven is going to be fucking ridiculous though. I sided with the Templars in the other ones and the Venatori are ridiculous. I did like the fact that the mage lady (I'm blanking on her name. It begins with an f I think) was pretty easy to kill once you got rid of her backup. My strategy was to hide behind or on the platform thing (not the catapult, god I suck at explaining things) and chip away at their health from a distance. I'm not used to melee combat, I haven't done it since Origins. I was a dual-wielding rogue in that one, a mage in DA II (mage Hawke is the best Hawke. Just saying.) and for my unfinished playthroughs of Inquisition I was a mage or an archer. Archery is hella fun in Inquisition. I'm not as fond of the mage skill trees because I'm a bit of a control freak and like to be able to rely on myself to revive fallen companions rather than another person. That means I've got to spend like 3 experience points in the spirit tree to get it and that's a pain in the ass. I've heard the battle mage specialty is amazing but I'm not going to make another Inquisitor until I finish an entire playthrough.

Lucky! For some reason I always forget to do my TC's and end up having to scavenge for the perfect items.
