That looks almost like a short haired version of my own late fur baby. I know from experience that kinda pain stays with you pretty much forever.

It's one of the cruelest inevitabilities of life that every living thing passes away eventually, I suppose, but I hope you get/have gotten to that point where it's easier to remember all the happy moments you two shared instead of focusing on the fact that she's not with you.

If it helps, I like to picture my Gypsy hanging out on a cloud up in heaven somewhere waiting for me at "rainbow bridge" with a big bowl of tuna to munch on and a cute little dog for a butler. Hard to be as sad that she's not with you when you picture something like that, y'know? c:

You can absolutely claim a slot. <3 I'm so sorry to hear about your baby Gypsy. The pain of losing a fur baby never does go away... but it does ease with time. hug Do you have any photos of your Gypsy? ^^

I love to think that my Saria is now spending time playing with our other kitties we've lost... some of which she had known.

Thanks...she passed about three years ago now and I still miss her pretty much every day.

Third one is a rush photo editing job I did as a little tribute to put on my deviantart and take my mind off how depressed I was that day about her passing. I have no idea what breed she was (her papers didn't say when we adopted her from her previous owners) but she looked a lot like a nebelung...all gray and with just this one adorable patch of white fur on her chest. <3

Think I'm gonna push this batch through if I can get one more slot filled.

Ohh, she's gorgeous. Again I am so sorry to hear that she's passed. :( She does look an awful lot like the nebelung pictures I'm seeing. My little girl was some kind of gray tabby (mix?) ^^ Do you have any other fur babies to keep you company?

Yeah...we still have our dog King Ceaser (also ridiculously cute, his mom was Jack Russell/Pomeranian and his dad was Chihuahua/Pekingese), he's been a complete sweetheart. I really miss having a cat, but the dog does give excellent cuddles. xD

Oh my goodness, that mix sounds adorable. I'm glad you still have a cuddly critter to keep you company. ^^
