I need to wait until seven other people claim slots on the batch before I can send out the payment requests. ^^ Batch one has been filled but the item hasn't been approved yet by staff. Hopefully that made some sense, I'm not very good at explaining things.

Aw that's so sweet. I "recently"/march had a 12 year old family dog pass away. He was a boxer so their life expectancy isn't very long....It's never long enough! And my family is still grieving his pass. But it also inspired my parents to adopt a 10 year old pug to keep their 14 year old dashound company. So some good came of it, I guess. Just sayin, you aren't alone in your time of grief. Even though it's hard, life does continue. I'm sure you loved your baby with every inch of you, and each day that goes on without her is a challenge. But one day when you're ready, I'm sure you find another kitty in need of a good momma that's just purrfect for you. <3

Again, thank you for the wonderfully kind words. <3 I am deeply sorry to hear that you and your family lost a furbaby. It's wonderful to hear that they adopted an older dog. From experience I know time does heal some of the hurt but never completely... which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I have met a wonderful kitten (Navi) who just recently celebrated her first birthday. :) After losing Saria I didn't even last 24 hours before finding Navi... at the time I really needed a baby to depend on me after being so used to giving Saria constant attention due to her health.

OH YAY! do you have any pictures you can share here of your new baby? She's probably assisted you in your time of grief, eh. I love pets. They are wonderful little gifts of companionship to us

Oh yes I have plenty of pictures! :) She's helped me through a lot of hard times. I wonder though if we should be talking in comments? This may count as off topic as far as the thread goes? I will post one picture here, though. These were taken the first couple days I had her. <3 clicky She was just under 6 weeks old, but already eating dry food so she did very well away from her kitty mommy.
