Well hello Professor Vygar! Homework on the first day, at least he's not taking it too sirius-ly :P
looks like we've got a new task to complete. Since we've got a few days I'll be taking some time with this one, but since a couple is technically two I would suspect we should try to have our answers in within 48 hours. I think we could use the Common Room to bounce ideas off one another, can't wait to see what we all come up with! Go blue and silver!!

Hello, I’m Ophelia. I’m a Pisces and I am in Ravenclaw. I am very shy around other people. I seem to be very skilled at tripping over my own feet, and tripping over imaginary things and falling flat on my face. I can be very antisocial at times. I’m often preoccupied with one thing or another, and I have been known to space off. My favorite celebrity witch is Angie Harmon. Her voice is deep and husky, like mine. Hi, I'm Tiffany. As a Ravenclaw Cancer, the stars have told me that I have a dry sense of humour and a penchant for white stones that remind me of the moon. Mind you, you should probably take that with a grain of salt.
I often enjoy Witch Weekly magazines - and no, they are not entirely drivel! "Celebrity" witches that look like me are Cassandra Vatblasky (author of Unfogging the Future) and Elladora Ketteridge (discovered the properties of Gillyweed). Hey, if they have a Famous Wizards card, I think that they're famous. I like the Muggle witch Jennifer Lawrence, although she looks nothing like me.
I have a talent for telling bad Muggle science jokes and plays on words. I'm also good at worrying, being anxious, and being a perfectionist. I am rather clumsy. I can be very opinionated too. I like food and books (but not together) but I couldn't care less about how I looked.
As for Hogwarts, I am fantastic at erm... improvising in Divination and not properly executing potions in Potions class. I can never sleep in History of Magic, for some strange reason. Transfiguration and Charms are probably my best subjects.
Well, I should probably be going. I've got some candies from Hogsmeade to erm... eat for quality control purposes. Strictly for academic purposes only.

Everyone, I am Echo. A Leo Hufflepuff and a darn good one. The stars say that I am as awesome as I truly am. I guess the stars got that one right. Yes, thank you, I am the most awesome.
So this is the story of the Awesome Echo, the Awesome Leo in the most Awesome House, Awesome Hufflepuff. Lets throw in one more Awesome for the heck of it. Awesome.
So other then how Awesome the stars are correct about me being, I am also very humble. Okay, that's a lie.
The star that I'm most like is Sirius, the scorching dog star. I'm supposed to be like the other kind of star? Oops. Whatever, I am like Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky.
My favorite show is Star Trek. See, doesn't that prove how... um... stary(?) I am? Well, I think it does. It is decided.

My name is MasterSir and I Siriusly love stars. I might not be an expert astronomer, Persei, but I've been told I'm rather bright (much like a sun). I look forward to what will undoubtedly be a stellar class, so you can bet Uranus I'll love your class to Pisces! I hope you don't think I'm too Capricorny. I'm just a supergiant fan of astronomy.
Oh, where should I start with this introduction other than to say I am Galaxia of Slytherin house. Born under an open sky to the sign of Andromeda, I was named for the splash of the Milky Way made vivid by the lack of light pollution and indeed civilization in the area. Always looking up and dreaming of how best to join illustrious Hogwarts, I never paid much attention to the trash around me (though first one to call me the m-word will have plenty of new constellations from the stars they'll be seeing afterward). Family can be made with my fellow students, not circumscribed to the circumstances and people I started with. Greatness is my goal, through respect and skill. Kindness is strength of its own. More words, though, might bore you. Let me leave you with this note. The main sequence of my skill for Astronomy can be diagrammed by the first letter of each sentence I have used.
