Oh my, I don't do heavy weights! I gain muscle like crazy though. I don't want to be bulky. I used to figure skate when I was younger and also ate crap, so my thighs were HUGE and solid muscle. I went on a 'diet' where I basically stopped excercizing to purge the muscle down to fat I could lose, on advice from someone. It's working now that I just do cardio and really light weights though. ; w ;
That sucks, we have French, German, Japanese and Mandarin, and in Year Seven we took each for a quater.
My favourites are B2ST and SNSD, both of which I have seen live!
XD I'm not trying to bulk up - but because I'm very overweight, the intense lifting helps to burn down the extra fat. (: As long as I don't keep increasing my weights too much, my muscles will stay toned, instead of becoming massive melons in my arms! I did as little exercise as possible as a kid, and ate terribly (my father worked a lot and mum always had something better to do, so we were left to fend for ourselves). Plus I have digestive problems that make breaking down certain foods very difficult (and painful) for my body, so I just packed on the pounds growing up. ): I'm sick of being sick and unhappy with myself, so I'm doing something about it before I blink and I'm too old and frail... I have a fairly specific diet (no beef, very little bread, limited sugars from junk food, no dairy...) because of my issues, so now I rarely eat much junk. (: I've also never done a diet like that...
We never had any language courses when I was going to school, and I really hated it...

I have hormonal issues that make it hard to lose weight, amongst more severe complications. It's awful ; ; I have to really force myself onto a better diet soon, tbh. I still snack, even though my main meals have been a lot healthier and I've dropped ten kilos.

Awwe ): Stuff like that always makes it so much harder to lose weight! ): That's a good start! ❤️ I found that eating five smaller meals (as opposed to 2-3 large ones, with snacks in between) really helped me - but because of the workout routine I'm on, I can also eat as much as I want, as long as I stick to my routines! I'm down about a total of 90lbs fat since I first started changing my lifestyle, and it's crazy! ;u;

I don't think I'd be able to fit in the time for five small meals, to be honest. I need to get eating three down. I sort of tend to eat two big meals and two small snacks. It's not the healthiest. That's awesome! I need to lose more, do you have progress pictures? You should so share them! Mine's almost not noticeable, I swear.

It's better than eating two giant meals (skipping breakfast), and then eating a lot of snacks at night/whenever you're 'starving'! (: I don't have any from before I started doing the lifting and stuff (except for old pictures from when I was a kid), but I'll definitely start taking some from here on! XD I keep forgetting that I should do that!

I can imagine it would be. I need to get my sleep sorted first, to be honest. I have some pills, but I can't take them every night, and on the night I don't take them I tend to not be able to sleep unless I've been up like... 20 hours. :/
