I read your suggestion. It's not well-thought out enough, and as mentioned before, it would be replacing an already-existing, effectively-working system. I merely quoted something out of your OP that stood out to me, because I've seen that line time and time again in past suggestion threads.
I know a pattern when I see one. Welcome to Subeta, the place where you'd best be prepared to deal with opinions that do not agree with yours. You may find it cute, that's fine. But that does not mean it is a good idea.
Ilu. I did not get that group ping either, so I feel your pain. D:

Edit:
I have seriously think about it further on and I'm not for it.
Sorry.
Reason: A-The pets becomes too much human and too less nature anymals.
B-It's a point that it would be indeed unfair for users who have spend milions of sp to read thair pets books.
C-Subeta is often enough down and more places and games make this issue onley bigger.
Completely different idea:
And then we would "have" schools in Subeta. Without the complaints of those who are heavily attached (and/or potentially erotically attracted) to their precious pixels' stats. And with coolio student titles. That don't come with massive loads of debt.
I had fun making this post, that's all that counts.
❤ Like others are saying there are many ways to get integ without having a school.
^ that post is so perfect omg
I don't know if you were even remotely serious about this, but I'm totally behind this suggestion haha. X) It seems like a good compromise (not that subeta needs another new thing to work on now because it doesn't but theoretically in the future - aka "soon" - when things could be fixed .. and fyi I'm trying not to laugh here.. then yes, it could be a neat addition to the job agency)
I think gaining intel via school would be awesome, but it's too late in the game. Had subeta been very, very young and just starting out, I would have loved to see this implemented. Right now, not so much. :(
I was slightly serious, as we both well know that the site shouldn't even consider adding another thing when everything is currently a disaster.
Wow, controversial subject, although it still looks more biased between people that have been here awhile and people who have been here a much shorter time. I know it's usually that way, but don't you old-timers remember what it was like to build up your pet? Lots of work, right? Well change is change and w/ that comes the good and bad.
This is one time I think it would be good. I find that I'm coming here more for work than to just enjoy the site. I have to constantly make money to spend it and pets and wardrobe are the most expensive aspect. While having a GA helps, I think that contributing to server costs and administration fees should affect the options that are available to you.
You think a school would undermine all the work you old-timers have put into training your pet? Don't you remember how difficult it was searching through your pets "read" books and finding ones it hadn't read? Just b/c you made it through, in time, doesn't mean it's a good system. Maybe extra awards for actual read books as opposed to a "school" for pets?
And going back to CSC or GA accounts - how about making the option available for CSC only? You can already get 24hrs of training w/ a small amount of CSC so what's the harm in adding a school for an additional CSC amount? It would still be limited, obviously, and therefore non-negating to those who have already spent months/years to build up their pets.
's post was a good idea, too. I also agree that another change would cause a serious uproar as the achievement system, especially since pets are a pretty huge part of this site, but more CSC means more actual cash to distribute to people who need the $$ and have plenty of coding knowledge.

It's not about making people pay csc and that'll make it okay; it's about the fact that we have over a thousand books on site, as well as boosters, intel gains from games and the job agency - IF there were fewer ways to raise intel, maybe this idea would be getting less backlash. As it stands, all this suggestion really sounds like is people don't like buying/clicking books to gain intel, and want it to be made "easier".
I can't say what the others may or may not be thinking, but I have no problem buying books to gain intel, and have spent hours on any given day scouring around for affordable books to read to my pet. When you get to the point where you have to move on to the more expensive ones, then it becomes less frequent.
It's pretty rough when you're just starting out, between weapons, training, etc. I would think this would be a well remembered fact. I thought it sounded good b/c it would be another option, not a way to make it easier, ergo the CSC. Just like auto training is an option - while it does make it easier, it's also s/thing that not everyone can afford to do w/ consistency.

Autotraining becomes kinda pointless when your pet's a level 700 and you only get 4 sessions if you pay 129k plus 25 CSC. It's cheaper to train them regularly and add an alert for when the training is done. ;D reminds me El needs to go train his spd stat
Battling's a pretty expensive hobby on here, and typically is across various pet sites. So much so that any other site aspects, like plushie collecting, may fall to the wayside if you're that committed to battling. xD
But serious dedication brings on a willingness to sink your sPs on a 50mil weapon and end up broke for a few weeks, or to save up and buy those expensive books. To me, and maybe others, a sense of pride, accomplishment and satisfaction feels more incredible doing that.
Compared to remembering to put them in a education session for a small fee and letting the system do the work for me, I'd rather do the former and enjoy the challenge. =)

I can totally understand the sense of pride. I've been working on my pets since day one, especially w/ the books once I understood about AP. I even tried to battle the first month I was here, I was just that excited about the whole aspect.
I suppose it would be more one sided if only a 'few' could afford the education training and that would be a complete disappointment for those who work and train hard to accomplish those goals on their own. I don't think I'd be able to afford that kind of training, personally, so I'm content w/ what I've done on my own.

Going ahead with insanely awesome suggestion , if the career agency were the same as the old job agency a.k.a no auto upgrade after a set amount of days . A very high possibility of being denied an (up)grade and have a reset the higher your tier goes . you pay hefty sums 10k at the start with 15-40% increase every tier (essentially a sp sink) for tutions and classes . With the same chance of getting intel as the job agency among alternate stats (health, level, defence) and at the end get a title , a readable report card/diploma that give extra intel +2 .
The only way I'd be on board with this is if this 'school' was only open to pets who'd read 1000+ books already. You want easier intel gains? That's cool, just make sure you've exhausted almost all other available options first.
