She was freezing though, least of all because of her revealing choice in spy attire. Her sheer gloves wouldn't leave fingerprints but would still give the illusion of bareness. The tiny aqua gem on her body chain housed a fiber optic microphone and a digital video camera. Her spiked earrings would release venomous Xotl slime, just in case she ran into real trouble. The alluring outfit turned out to be more practical than she would have liked to admit. In the end, it got her in the club with a lecherous but nonetheless reassuring glance from the overgrown bouncer. The other Sheer Noir fans Alida, Laura, and Gilda, looked perfect in their slinky dark flapper dresses.

Thank God scantily clad women were never out of place in a nightclub. She could always say she was a performer if anyone asked too many questions or got fresh with her...
