Ping groups don't seem to work for me either, including my personal ping group. I had a friend try and ping my group along with the artsale group because whenever I tried to do it, I would get a fatal error. But I don't think they went through for her either as I didn't get a ping for either of them. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

The fantastic figured out the problem. If you have an apostrophe in your thread title, pings won't go through. I removed it and was able to ping CustomWear.

This is embarrassing, Subeta. Get your shit together.

YEP. seems like any apostrophes or ANY special characters in the title make pings null and void. w o w

edit: i edited out all my special characters and 1stbatch worked, but not my personal ping group. this is so dumbbbbbbbbbb ;_;

Nope, that doesn't seem to help. I edited my thread title down to just "Deadlines", and my pings still won't work. I was able to ping another private group to the thread, though, so whatever's broken doesn't affect all groups.

GUYS I FIGURED IT OUT. NO ONE HAD PING PERMISSIONS FOR MY GROUP. It was supposed to be set to "Admin only", but it had somehow been reset and none of the options were selected. I don't know how that happened, but there's a good chance it's affecting other groups too.

If you have trouble pinging a group, get the owner to look there first.

Pings aren't going through for me either. :(

I get the pings event, but I get no event popup or a red notification in the browser tabs -_- (ex. the Token Shop RS group ping)

Same goes for the siteupdate group

Cleared out the special characters and one of the pings worked, but the second group didn't go through

I'm not receiving pings for some of the groups I'm in. Is there something I can do from my end to fix the problem, or is this still happening for other people?

it is happening to me as well :( still an on going issue i think.

wish we knew something about it like an update or something cause it is annoying as shit to not be getting pings and them working like they should be!!!

Not glad it's happening, but glad I'm not the only one having the problem. I was going to try deleting myself from the ping groups and rejoining, but that probably won't make a difference.
