I haven't gotten a group ping for anything but the mystery box for ages. So that one works, but none of the others do. 😕

It would be so lovely if wearable was fixed. Additionally, my band just made a ping group so we could call each other for discussion, and it doesn't work in the slightest.

I can't wait until this event is over and actual issues are addressed. Is it possible to hire more programmers so problems don't stay problems for 3+ weeks? That'd be great.

OK!!!! NOW I can't ping a group that was created solely for me and a small group of friends (my band members). However, made this group, but every time I ping the group (and I'm admin in the group), I don't get any pings for that group!

and now i cannot edit group pings into an OP. i click the edit button and nothing happens. however, personal pings can be edited in.

Yeah for some reason (some?) group pings don't seem to have been successfully edited into a post, but they ARE pinging... at least sometimes (maybe most times).

Artsale in special is displaying this odd behavior, when it's originally part of the post it doesn't seem to ping successfully, then you try to edit it in, it looks like it didn't work but it did. I think buysellcw is having similar issues, so pings are coming by the dozens n_n

does that mean I just pinged people 6 times?! what a nightmare.. :( I didn't receive the ping from either of my art groups when trying to put it in the OP so I assumed it didn't go through. It never showed up as edited either. Even just now I was able to post on pg 4 of my board and I still didn't get the pings.

I actually only got yours once (yet, at least)! But I've seen more than one other artist pinging multiple times, while still mentioning on the OP they weren't able to ping :c So they clearly didn't get to see their edits successfully saved, but it did register somehow... so strange o_o

Also, I wonder why you didn't get it x_x Maybe it's pinging the whole group BUT the person who sent the ping? -random guess- if so, that's quite... counterproductive D:

I just want them to work ;__; I don't think it's too much to ask for the site to properly run. If I get my six pings later I'm going to have to seek shelter from the pitchfork-wielding mob.

for the record, i pinged buysell successfully earlier (though it didnt edit into my post, the ping went through), but i tried to ping customwear and nothing happened. no editing, and no ping. they were working decently for like a month, why did they break again?! please look into this, maybe an update on the ping queue? ;_;

Still not getting pings for the Hustler, Token Shop, Battle, etc etc. Mystery Box pings still come through with no problems though. It's like it's taunting me with its functionality.

I get the Mystery Box group ping and my group for the Wayward Squirrel works too...but I haven't gotten a single # newlotto ping in several days. Also haven't gotten either of the Hustler groups that I belong to in quite a while.# aspchatter works sometimes and sbqrs seems to be working as well. It's like it is totally random which group pings it will send me and which ones it won't. This leaves me wondering how much stuff I'm missing out on because of arbitrarily broken group pings. Why is this still an issue?

My personal ping group worked but I cannot get the artsale one to work. and when I go in to edit my post I cannot add or edit a ping group at all. The whole edit wont save.

I got 2 events for the "You have been mentioned on Stocks & Auctions by Keith for your group siteupdate", only a fitting 1 for "You have been mentioned on Wardrobe: Item Removal by Keith for your group siteupdate"

edit - sorry I was oblivious of the fact, that copy/pasting my event message might ping the group! Is it the #, that does that? (I've never pinged a group before and persons are pinged with an @.) And it took quite a while for them to come through, otherwise I wouldn't have done it a 2nd time... Also the time stamp is not correct, because these new events say "an hour ago".

The settings should be changed so that only the group owner () can ping if that's possible. Please! :)
