The card makers themselves but having a little notice of "UGCs are currently experiencing problems" would have solved this whole headache for me. You know?
- Very true. I wonder why they leave it up to users to warn other users about this?
Idk, it's ridiculous, in my opinion.
Not to mention I'm still waiting on a UGC I redeemed last week.
- Maybe a suggestion could be made where a warning is given when stuff like this happens? It'll save people a ton of headaches..
My suggestions aren't normally met with the most welcome. :I That's a topic in of itself right there.
- Why though? I mean, it's not like you're posting nonsensical stuff. It's pretty valid to me. I like to know that something doesn't work right so I can avoid it.

I'm buying csc by Paypal all the time - 1 year ago it started that my csc wasn't added to my account. And then it happened again and again. I didn't change anything. I have to file a ticket every time now for every purchase which is really! annoying. I missed the coupon sale because of it yesterday -.- 24+ hours waiting time (to be sure that it's not the cache effect) + the time until the ticket has been checked by staff members.
crosses fingers I hope it's just a one time failure for you ;D Guess there's no hope for me after one year with the same thing happening.
- Don't feel bad because I just missed it too :( The fact that you have to file a ticket every time you buy csc is absurd. Did they ever say why it was doing that? Like is it on PayPal's end or theirs? The stupid part about all this is that I bought my sister bought some csc on her account after this incident and it worked perfectly fine :P
