Ok, so I bought some csc about an hour ago and have yet to receive it. How long am I supposed to wait before filing a ticket about it? I don't want to miss the shop sale because of this stupid problem as I'm not really sure what happened as I had bought csc prior to that with no issues.
Which payment system did you use?

For PP, the waiting time before opening a ticket is 24h; since a staff member has to verify your purchase and you want to take advantage of the sale, I'd probably try opening the ticket a bit before, mentioning those things! So I'd say write it tomorrow morning maybe (if you have access to a computer)? Once verified, they can credit the amount instantly c:

- I would hate to miss the sale because of this. Im peeved because I bought csc earlier today with no problems.
Maybe it'll come in sometime later - yesterday I used stripe (which usually credits csc almost instantly) and it took 6 hours for it to come in! So there is hope c:

If it helps - I'm still waiting on my CSC that I originally bought last Friday. The only CSC I've received has been through a wonderful anon and friend.

No, I used a UGC (sorry, I missed that part of your post, just got home from work) but there's still something hinky going on with CSC.
- And staff hasn't been able to do anything about your situation? I mean, you spent real money on that card, you should get something back for it. Its stuff like this that kind of makes me glad I can't find those cards here. Ever since they started tinkering with the site, nothing's been working properly it seems.
It took me like three days to find out that anyone who uses a UGC is basically going to suffer the same fate of having to wait an obscene amount of time.
I know, right? I've seen more 502 errors this week than I have in a long time i.e. last major event.
- That's not right by any means though :( I think someone should fix it because I'm pretty sure that other people buy those cards and get sucked into this situation.
I thought they said the lag was fixed but whenever I try to log on with my iPad, I get 502 errors :P Getting tired of them.
You would think there'd be a warning someplace on the site for the moment until the problem's resolved.

Did you get your CSC meanwhile or are you still waiting?
- but when do they ever really warn us about anything? They tossed the forum changes at us during a big event.
- no csc has shown up yet but it has on my bank statement. So they have my money and I don't have my credits.
