I think we should make a choice : Do we want it to be easily available via bigger supply, or do we want it to be cheaper?

Asking for both at the same time does seem demanding and unfair for the people that struggled to get one, and paid a lot for it.

Honestly, I like the idea of having it priced at 30M in the MC / 1000 CSC better than dropping the price. It would also...not piss the current sellers off.

I think everyone here (so far) is willing to compromise, like I am, as long as they are made more attainable. It just doesn't change the fact that, as far as I am concerned at least, the Genderless Berry shouldn't have been so expensive in the first place.

I'm glad you are on board with the suggested prices of 1000 CSCs or the comparable sP... If we (the users) can come to an agreement on price, perhaps it can be implemented. One can hope anyway. 😃

Trust me, you'd cry if I said how many crystals or tokens I'd like to see it priced at. 1000 tokens are less than 900K right now, it shouldn't be priced anywhere near 5K tokens right now. :P

Also, how much was the sex berry in the cash shop, again. Was it 250 CSC or 500? I know that it was a total rip-off

LOL I'm aware of the current market value of tokens, and I realize that for the price to be comparable it would have to be a overwhelming large number. Which would upset all but the most devoted token hoarder, I think. XD

Well, one of the solutions for tokens to gain value again would be BHH stocking far more often than it does now? :P

I get what you mean about the CSC price matching the sP price now. I just think it's a bit high for just a gender-changing item, compared to things like the Angelic Potion (1500CSC), or a new pet slot (2000CSC). 750CSC might be a decent middle ground? This is just me being a penny pincher, tho. :'D

As for the complaints about the lower price, I get why people might get mad, but tbh, I think there would be a lot more people glad that there are more berries in the system. Bigger things were cut down in price drastically (pet slot plushies, for example), but since those were CSC items from the start, so people did get compensation for that (extra pet slots). In the end, everyone was happy.

The genderless berry was never a CSC item to begin with. The only thing you needed to get the Genderless Berry from the BHH was a handful of tokens (250, if SubetaLodge is correct) and an insane amount of luck. You don't really need to jump through flaming hoops to get it, you just need an incredibly insane amount of luck and a day's worth of Wizard tokens. That's... it.

tl;dr - I'd (hesitantly, but again, this is just me being a penny pincher) be okay with 1000CSC, or ~35m, or ~8750 crystals (assuming that crystals are 4000 a piece). No idea how many tokens it should cost if it's put in the token shop. Aemis is currently the most expensive token shop item @ 12 500 tokens and the value of tokens took a nosedive with the vending limit being introduced.

Slightly off-topic, but I agree BHH stocking more often would help with the token prices. Or another token sink that doesn't have to be manually stocked like the token shop. ._. I have 63k tokens in my currency bank right now and they just keep dropping in price, it's insane.

Not the last few times! When pet slots were dropped to 2K (and to 1K on black friday), the only compensation was "oh, u can get five more we guess!"

Also, crystals are usually around 4K. They're just inflated, because we got a shop restock

I remember we got free slots from when the price cut from they were 60$ for one, 100$ for two. :'| That was a huge cut, so I get why we were compensated. Black Friday sale, I didn't expect a compensation there, but being able to purchase more slots was still nice.

Right now, the price of slots is 2K, compared to 4K before. And, they are brought down to 1K on BF.

Upside is, Keith said we would get more slots this year (and hopefully before october because that one empty slot on my profile pisses me off. 41 slots is a gross number. and, in october, i get my LB)

Really hoping for more slots before the Black Friday sale, too. :'D I get my box in September, right during the anniversary (pet slot is the only choice). ... I think I should join Pet Addicts Anonymous at this rate. orz

I'll do the math on the crystals again, thanks for letting me know! I don't really watch crystal prices, tbh. I just frag the cheap, restockable crap when I price my shop and toss the crystals into my currency hoard.

I wouldn't mind seeing the BHH stock more often but I'd like to see something more concrete and dependable as it pertains to the Genderless Berry... I'm not blessed with much luck or much patience... (It's one or the other, I'm pretty sure. Maybe both.. LOL)

As for the price of the Sex Berry, I want to say 500 but I definitely don't know for sure. Either way, I seldom worry about price drops myself... I buy the items I want to buy, when I want to buy them if I can afford them, knowing there is a real possibility that they could be nearly free eventually... Or insanely expensive. I've had both of those things happen to me, a few different times now. -shrugs-

Back when BHH stocked more frequently, Genderless Berry was hovering between 10 and 15M, to give you an idea.

It would help other items, imo. Haunted Moonstone and Tragic Muse come to mind.

... Jesus, they really need to fix that. Using the BHH to make items rare, and use that as an sP sink is all fine and dandy, but these restock rates are just a whole bag of nope. Even if you're collecting wearables for the achievements, you don't need to bother with the BHH. Just wait for another main shop skirt/shirt/vest/sock/shoe release.

Huh, speaking of which, how about making the genderless berry an achievement prize for owning more than XYZ pets? 20? Maybe with a tier for every 20 pets with a new berry being awarded? It wouldn't make the berry worthless and there would be more put into circulation. You need 10k (or 5k) csc to get 5 extra slots and you actually have to work for that versus just having 250 tokens and lurking around the BHH. y/n?

Glad you like the idea. :'D There's an achievement for owning 20 pets, but it just comes with a title. I'm still for making the berry more available to everyone by putting it in the cash shop/MC/some other place where people can buy it when they need it, but I don't think that adding it as an achievement prize for this would make the market nuts. Plus, if you buy like... 20k+CSC worth of pet slots, I figure you need a better reward than just a title.

Fair point... But would that be fair to users who have paid exorbitant prices? Would the increased availability of all the BHH items be compensation enough? And would the staff be willing to let the prices drop? Or would they continue to bottleneck certain items, perhaps removing them from there completely? I feel like the staff has made a point of putting items there, as of the past year or so, that they have decided should be incredibly exclusive and almost unattainable in some cases.

You might want to consider creating a suggestion board about increasing BHH restocks in general to see what the response would be... -takes a moment to think wistfully of a Genderless Berry for 10 Mil- I had forgotten that... That sure didn't seem like a price I wanted to pay for one back then, but I'd happily pay that now.

I really really doubt people paid over 50M to get a Burder, tbh, yet, there are none in shops right now. 34M for a Prince? Even when it was an old achievement item with the picture avatars and all, it was not selling for 34M. :) And, we're not talking recent releases at all.

Hell, considering that Experiment 886 beanbag is 2.5M right now, is there a logical reason why Tragic Muse sells for 20 times that?
