"Please don't." she said with a whisper. "I can handle it. I'm fine look at me. She said as she spun around for him to look at her. "I have dealt with this for years I can handle it" She said to Patrick. She knew she couldn't but if something were to happen to her dad, she might be put into foster care and move away from Patrick and his family. She didn't want that, not ever.
Patrick moved away from her, his forehead against the wall. "Belle I can't do nothing! I am sorry, but I only care if you are safe!" he said, a few tears falling down his cheeks. "Even if it means being away from me, I care about you too much to let him hurt you anymore." He hit his head on the wall and then just rested it there.
She walked over to him and placed her hand on his shoulder. "And what I am supposed to do? Go into a foster home? Away from you?" she questioned as the tears slowly started to seep back. "Patrick. I don't like being away from you." She said in a whisper, as she put her other hand on his hand.
Patrick moved away from her again. "Belle, I hate being away from you more than anything. I love you, I love you enough to understand that I would rather have you safe and unharmed, even if it meant you had to leave me." he said softly, his back turned toward her. "I am leaving in a month anyway, until then you can stay here and you could stay longer if you want."
She looked down at the ground. She had almost forgotten he was leaving. "I can't stay here. Your family has to much on there plate, your cousins, and I would be just to big of a burden." She said with a shake of her head. She looked at Patrick, and leaded up to kiss him. "Your sweet, to want me safe." she said as she whipped away a tear. "You know for years I dreamed you would save me from him." She said with a small, but worried laugh.
Patrick sighed. 'I will talk to my Dad about it later anyway.' he told himself before wrapping his arms around her, he kissed her and then sighed. "Well, dreams do come true sometimes." he said, a small smile on his face.
She looked at him with a confused look on her face. "What do you mean dreams come true?" She said as she wrapped her arms around him, best she could. She rested her head on his chest and smiled. This was the moment she had always wanted. To be in his arms.
Patrick kept her close. "You said for years you dreamed I would be the one to save you from him. I have been dreaming of this moment for years and I have always dreamed of getting into a good school." he kissed her cheek. "It's perfect.
Patrick nodded, holding her hand as he walked to the couch and sat down. "So...I can tell my Dad what's going on? Or would you rather I deal with it?" he asked.
((I probably won't be on tomorrow or most of Saturday. Just letting you know.))
OoC: thats fine.

She looked up at him. She couldn't really focus she was just to sleepy. She looked at him. "I don't want to drag your father in this." She said with a small yawn. She wasn't trying to be tired she just was. She looked out the window to noticed that the sun was rising. Bella smiled as she watched it smile, Maybe today will be good She thought to herself
Patrick put his arm around her shoulder's and kissed her cheek. "Alright, I will only tell him if it is needed." he told her. "Till then I will do what I can." He smiled at her and then looked out the window. "I love watching the sun rise in the morning, one of the perks of getting up early."
She nodded. "It is." She said as she laid her head on Patricks shoulder. She gave a soft smile. How incredible had today been for her? How amazing it had been that she had told Patrick everything. She was still in shock and also disappointment because he was on his way out of this town, and she was being forced to stay behind. She looked up at him, "Hey you never told me" She said as she softly tapped him, "were is the scholarship for?" she asked him with a hint of sadness in her voice.
Patrick was happy, though his smile faded some when she asked where the scholarship was for. He wanted to go, but he hated that she was sad about him leaving. "A university somewhere near Toronto." he told her, feeling stupid that he had forgotten the name and the exact location. He had more important things to remember, that was all on a piece of paper.
