Rainy leaned forwards and whispered into Trashy's ear. "I'm going out.." He nodded in approval, to which Rainy leapt off of his shoulders and hitched herself up and over the gates, flinging her hoodie off in the process. She breathed in the air deeply through her mouth, as if to taste or sample it, and smirked. She was by the entrance to the reception, leading to the school canteen (or however you may call it). Rainy sat on a small wall facing it and waited. And waited. Nobody was inside, and not a single sound was heard. It was obviously empty. Rainy clambered off of the wall and gently pushed one of the double doors open, silently padding in. "Hello?" Rainy asked shyly, standing still. Nobody answered. She was right, it was empty, as most of the staff had gone outside to witness the eclipse, one of the first in years. She strode into the kitchen, which was empty also. This was her chance to find what she was looking for. She came to a large locker, which contained several thick files of recipes; but she was looking for something else. Bingo. She pulled out a large, fat folder bulging with profiles of who worked in the kitchen. "Eva Martins, Sylvia Alva and Jenny Arro." Rainy knew these people, but she wanted to find out more. She opened each profile, which contained a picture of their respective people. Hanging on their necks, were lockets. Oddly enough, they were all locket users, but not your average. They wore Gold lockets, not silver. In order to obtain their high statuses, they must of killed another Gold locket user. That's how it worked. You kill a silver locket, you get promoted to silver, kill a gold, and so on. But...They were new to this, as the lockets seemed unharmed, and polished perfectly. Rainy clasped the folder to her chest as she heard someone approaching, and remained still. "Well, found anything?" Rainy turned her head around automatically. A large, well-built woman with short curly hair stood in the kitchen doorway, hands folded across her chest and tapping her foot impatiently, her eyebrows raised in question. Rainy's face twisted and distored into a scowl. "I found what I was looking for..Eva." she snarled, ramming the folder back into it's drawer. She tried to slip past her, but Eva grasped her shoulder with her huge fingers, which dug in painfully. Rainy struggled away from her grasp, and continued to run down to the reception, and back out into the main school building, were they were still on the grass. Trashy was sitting down underneath an apple tree, reading a newspaper. "How'd it go?" he asked, not bothering to glance up. Rainy sighed impatiently. "Gold lockets." Rainy murmured, looking at the darkened sky. But ignoring and brushing it aside for now, she draws a very pale, almost translucent katana from it's sheath. She carried two around with her, one for daytime, and one for night. But almost nobody could see the second one. It had a dark, almost purple aura leaking from it, and a hilt that had thorned black roses coiling around it. When you grasped it, you would bleed, but it was made to Rainy's advantage, and also to all who could see it. But even so, not all people who can see it can wield it. It's very difficult to use. "You guys enjoying the eclipse?" Rainy asked, sheathing her sword again. "I hope it stays for a while."

Rainy blinked in sudden surprise, or rather astonishment. She hadn't seen a person with that ability since she was 7. Which was obviously, a long time. There was no use lying to hide the truth. He knew that she had done something dangerous anyway. She looked down at the floor, shuffling her feet nervously. "I've been looking for more locket users." And right on cue, Jenny Arro glanced in her direction. She was tall and very thin, giving her the 'glass' look. The look where one seems to be made of a fragile material, that could break when touched, or grasped tightly enough. Rainy started to snarl at her, revealing an impressive set of dangerously sharp teeth. Jenny Arro, being a skittish woman, backed away rapidly, and started to run towards the playing fields. How the hell did she get the gold locket status if she's such a coward? Rainy took the running away as a threat, and once her instincts came into play, she couldn't stop them. She started to jog, then bursted into a sprint, easily outrunning her target. Her eyes were sharp and narrowed, as if she were possessed. But she halted abruptly, turned on her heel and walked back to where everybody was. It was better to let this one go; she had bigger targets. Literally.

Rainy stared up at the sky and clapped her hands weakly as the sun came back into view. The clapping drew out the grey clouds again. I wouldn't rain unless Rainy said so, but on occasions when she's feeling certain emotions, the weather would change accordingly. Such as happiness would bring out rain, excitement would bring out sunshine, and anger would bring out storms. Rainy ran inside suddenly, as if she forgot to do something important. She expertly weaved through the scatterd tables and chairs in the classroom, before going into the main school itself and heading towards the janitor's closet. Once there, she dragged her fathers corpse out with two fingers, as if she's disgusted to touch it. The janitors check their closets often. She didn't intend on taking a trip to the local prison anyway. But what could she do to dispose of the body quickly? She couldn't eat such slop. Burning wasn't an option. Neither was burying. She tore into his flesh with her sharp teeth and began to eat, spitting out bits of rancid flesh in the process. It wasn't as bad as she though it would be, but netherless, it was still disgusting. She lapped up the blood from the floor, and wiped it clean with a neatly folded flannel from her bag. Perfect. Noody knew. Rainy padded back to the lesson, which was still being held outside. Students were standing in fromt of their canvases, painting and sketching.

"look guys at what i drew." it was a big canvas with all 8 of them on. "hana-shi has no artisic talent." she sighed

Rainy nodded her head at Shien's artwork and smiled. "That's pretty good," Rainy started, but quickly got distracted by the teacher assisstant's head which was sitting on the grass. Rainy picked it up and held it in the palm of her hand, like how Shakespeare held that skull. She rammed her finger through the skull, shattering it. Blood spattered onto her clean clothes and skin, dying both an interesting shade of red until Rainy wiped some of the blood off of her skin. Trashy sidled up to beside Rainy. "I'm going to go home now," He lowered his voice to a whisper and leaned across to Rainy. "I've got what I was looking for." And with that, he clambered up and over the huge gates, and quickly ran out of sight. Rainy ran into the main building and too, disappeared out of sight eventually. She wanted to get a head start, as her next lesson was....free period.

shien yawned as shot the needles being flung at her while running around the track. two dummys popped up and she done a quick cartwheel then handstand and spin while kicking the heads of of the dummys. she jumped up and done a flip to get running again. she yawned again and started to fall asleep while running

Ed ran through the corridor, his hair flowing behind him. He was a new student at Tokio High and he was still trying to find his way around. He ran outside, climbing the hill that lead to the track, passing Cloud and the others in the process. He saw Shien practicing so he hid in one of the nearby bushes.

Cloud, Vincent, Justin and Alec lay on the hill. Cloud's hair blew in the wind. He sighed happily. "This is what I've always wanted. Good friends." He thought to himself. Tears welled up in his eyes and he sobbed quietly.

Rainy had climbed into an apple tree on the main playing field, and was strangely enough, napping. "Hey." Rainy's eyes snapped open, and she raised her head sleepily, staring straight at the figure by the base of the tree. It was a smart looking guy, with raven hair and some designer glasses balancing on the bridge of his nose. He had large, prominent bat ears peering out from the sides of his head, and was wearing a simple white suit, with a light blue scarf wrapped around his pale neck. "Kiyo? What...What are you doing here?" He chuckled to himself. "I've come here to relieve you of your duties Rainy, and also to spend some time with a good friend. Or two." He laughed heartily. Rainy blinked, astonished. "You mean... I'm not going to be a locket user for a while?" He nodded. "You look like you need a break." He undid the latch holding her locket together and stomped it into the dust. "When the times comes again, I'll return with a new locket, made to your needs." Rainy smiled, refreshed and renewed. She stretched her entire body out, and whilst doing so a pair of large, black feathered wings sprouted from her shoulder blades. They were covered in light spots of dew, as she hadn't had them out in a long, long time. "Time to go back into being yourself Rainy." Kiyo grabbed her hand and pulled her down from the tree. Rainy, originally, was born a bat, but raised a tiger. As with her sister. Her locket was assigned as a tiger, so she had to stick with it. As you may have guessed, Rainy was raised by hateful parents, who as soon as they found out their adopted daughters were like them (locket users), immediatly wanted to kill them. Her mother had to raise her, so that when the time comes, Rainy and Sunny would give them more money than they ever dreamed of. But once you are assigned a locket, no matter who you are, you can never get rid of your locket species. The species you get is determined on personality. Rainy can have breaks up to 12 years, but no longer. Rainy retracted her wings and began to stride over to the hills, but she stopped abruptly. She focused, her bat ears gradually peering out from beneath her blue hair. Kiyo nodded his head in approval. "I can hear them too," he spoke softly. "You'll get everything back in time, trust me." Rainy noticed a wisp of blonde hair floating out from a nearby shrub. She caught the floating strand between two fingers and sniffed it. "We have company." She ran to the row of shrubs in front of the track. She noticed a guy, with blonde hair held in a plait peering out between a small gap in the bushes, watching. "Excuse me, but are you..." She and Kiyo both sniffed at the air. "Edward Elric?"

Rainy ducked her head shyly, her bat ears springing out suddenly along with her long, whip-like tail. She blushes and retracts them back inside herself, before smoothing her hair down. She didn't need to say anything. Kazuki knew that she was a bat due to her carelessness. "He's Kiyoshige!" She trilled all the same, smiling. Kiyo blinked thoughtfully, his head cocked to one side. "There WAS a guy that visited my home a few years back....With some other people too," He paused, then shuddered eleborately. He touched his left ear gingerly, as if it still hurt from that time it got cut off. "Bad times...By the way, what's your name?" He took his glasses off and cleaned them with a small cloth from his pocket. Without his glasses, his eyes were clouded over with blindness. It took a while to adjust. He placed them back on the bridge of his nose and pushed them into place with his index finger. Rainy eased her bare neck where her locket used to hang wearily. "Kazuki, there's so many things I've been hiding from you... I'm sorry for not..." She struggled with the word. "...Trusting you." She patted his shoulder gently, and her smiled returned.

ooc: Ah, time skips. How I love them. It's been about...a four year time skip since people had visited Kiyo's family estate.

Kiyoshige nodded. A pair of black feathered wings sprouted from his shoulder blades and he gazed in Rainy's direction. Rainy sighed gently and clambered back up the apple tree. "I don't think I can take off from the ground..." Rainy muttered, huddling beneath her wings. Kiyoshige shot off from the ground, and fluttered above the tree, little feathers floating down. "Hurry up Rainy!" Kiyoshige checked his watch and breathed out through slightly parted lips. Rainy hesitated, before spreading her wings out and leaping from the tree like a monkey, before fluttering her wings delicately. They were smaller than Kiyo's, but much stronger. She took off like a shot and was gliding a few good feet off of the ground, before whipping her tail out to balance and steady her. She was doing exceedingly well for someone who hadn't had a break from her locket duties in over 3 years. "Hey, Kazuki. Do you have a sword of some sort?" Rainy asked landing on a long, thin branch and latching onto it, despite her shoes getting in the way. Kiyoshige smiled at her, and landed next to her, his sharp foot claws latching onto the branch and sinking into it. "If you didn't know, she makes custom weapons, as well as upgrading any weapon you already have." Kiyoshige paused and chucked Rainy under her chin lightly. "The best in all the 523 districts." Rainy flushed pink. "Shut up..!"Rainy replied heatedly, her bat ears popping out. Her left ear had a little notch on it, a famous symbol of creativity. If a bat child is born, or develops a notch in his/her left or right ear, it's a sign that he or she will grow up to be creative and successful; like Rainy. She's an icon. Rainy checked her watch quickly. "The cake shop closes at 3! We gotta go Kazuki, we'll catch you later!" Kiyoshige stopped an thought. "Kazuki, would you like to come with us?" His voice was honeyed, but slightly cold. He grinned devilishly, displaying his perfect set of insansely sharp teeth. Rainy glared at him. "Kiyoshige, cut the chat and let's go." She muttered through gritted teeth.

Kiyoshige laughed heartily. "You couldn't run as fast as we ran either," Kiyoshige stopped mid-laugh and thought for a second. "We're 50 times slower in air than we are on the ground. But it only works like that when we're back home" Rainy grinned. "Here, we're atleast 100 times slower, but it's still fast enough to resemble a faint blur whilst flying, so you'll be fine." She sprang off of the branch and gently glided a few feet off of the ground, before swooping upwards and landing on the school gate, perching precauriously. She gestured to Kazuki and Kiyoshige with her finger. "Come on!"

Kiyoshige, instead of flying over the gate, decided to use a more... Traditional method. Using his dagger like claws, they sink into the cold steel of the school gates, rupturing it as he climbs up. He throws himself off of the top of the gate, allowing his wings to unfold and glide over the ground, sending a cloud of dust trailing behind him. Rainy sighs, and proceeds to do the same, atleast 4 whip-like tails springing from her backside, giving her inpeccable balance as she dodged expertly around the houses and obstacles in her path, before coming to a gentle stop in a dark alleyway, where Kiyoshige is against a wall, his eyes swivelling around to observe the area before retracting his wings, ears, tails, and claws back into his body. He smiles at Rainy, and they all go out into the open air. They come to a halt in front of a cake shop, all pink and white frills. It was Rainy's favourite place to visit ever since she was little; the first time she went outside of her world. Rainy clung to Kiyoshige's hand like a toddler, swaying slightly. She never went here when Kiyoshige wasn't here. That's why it seems like everytime she mentions going there, it's almost as if she'd visited it yesterday. Like no time has passed since the last time she visited. She pushed open the glass double doors slowly, and was greeted by an old waitress, who'd been working there all her life. "Little Kaede...! And Kiyoshige.. ! Oh, do come inside dears," She was quite plump, but jolly, with short curly blonde hair and a soft face. "My, how you've grown!" She chucked Rainy under her chin affectionately. "You were just a sprout the last time I saw you!" She led them over to a black marble table, freshly polished, with small leather stools, completely unused. Rainy sat herself down gracefully, being careful. The old waitress smiled at her before whipping out a notepad. "What'll ya' have dearies? I'll come and join you once I'm done taking orders." She looked around. "Well, we don't have many today. All of the folk are down at the beach enjoying the weather, so I doubt they have time for a few sweet treats."

ooc: Ah, all these new characters gives me the urge to introduce another oc X3 But not now, of course.

Bic: Rainy nibbled off the last few crumbs of her apple pie and ice cream, and licked her spoon tentatively before setting it down neatly next to her plate. The old waitress chuckled heartily. "Still love your pie, don't you sweetheart?" She laughed again, and returned her attention to Kiyoshige, who'd just polished off an strawberry danish. "We'll, I see you have visitors, so you'd better scoot! But be sure to visit again soon, you hear? I'm getting older by the minute!" And with that, she gave off one last hearty wave, before the door shut. Rainy sidled back into the darkness, and blinked her eyes. They turned from a dark brown into an icy blue, lighting up her face. She could see much better in the dark. She sniffed the air, and sighed somewhat wistfully. Kiyoshige sat on a small rock nearby."Your names...Kai and Kei, correct?" Rainy's bat ears became erect as she listened for sounds around her, picking up vibrations in the air from nearby voices and sounds. She stayed silent for a few seconds, before drawing out her wings and tail, as with Kiyoshige.

ooc: Not entirely creative, but what can I say? I'm tired X3

Kiyoshige shut his eyes for a few seconds, as if in thought. "I see." he said quietly, taking off his glasses and slipping them inside his pocket. His eyes snapped open, blood-shot and the pupils dilated. Rainy whimpered slightly. She could feel something too...Something...strange. But oh-so familiar. That scent in the air, which was musty, but was masked by lynx. That feel of the wing beats tapping the air and sending out vibrations. The sound of footsteps leaping lightly from roof to roof, the clanking of claws pounding against Rainy's eardrums. Somebody was here...They weren't alone. It was another bat. But all of those feelings quickly disappeared, as did the mystery person's prescence. Rainy glanced at Kiyoshige anxiously. "I think we should...leave." Kiyoshige nodded quickly, and Rainy flicked her tail in a complicated motion. The sky turned black. It was nighttime. There were no stars out, only a blanket of shadows. Bat's loved this; it was their time for late night hunting and meetings. "I'm sorry for the brief meeting, but we must leave. Unless you guys enjoy hunting."

Ed got out from behind the bushes and ran over to Cloud, Vincent, Justin and Alec. "I'm Edward Elric. It's nice to meet you." He said, holding out his hand and smiling warmly. "I'm Cloud. This is Vincent, Justin and Alec." Cloud replied, gesturing to the others in turn. He shook Ed's hand. "We're going to the cafe, do you wanna come?" Vincent added, looking up at Ed. "Sure." Ed grinned. They headed to Cloud's motorbike and zoomed into town.

"Hey I didn't know you were coming here Alec?" Cole said, suprised. "My parents own the cafe so we could hold the auditions here!!"

As Alec entered the cafe, he heard Cole's voice. "Huh, oh it was Vincent's idea. I didn't know you were working here today." He paused. "That would be a good idea." He smiled, sitting down at a nearby table. Cloud and the others shuffled in and sat down at the same table as Alec.

Rainy stopped and listened intently, her eyes closed. "Yes. He's after me, but he's Kiyoshige's rival." Kiyoshige stood up suddenly from his sitting position and unfolded his wings, before drawing his large claws. Climbing up the wall like a lizard, his tail helping him keep balance, he swings himself up and over the roof. He sits himself on the edge, his legs dangling down. Several faces peered from behind him, like dark shadows ready to pounce. He noticed Rainy staring. He chuckles dryly, but his face is softened up with happiness and affection for his younger sister. "Don't you look worried Kaede... They're friends." One was dark, with very pale skin, amber eyes, and ruffled, slightly tousled hair. He had one bat ear, several various piercings hanging from it, and a notch at the end. He also bore a piercing on his tongue, eyebrow and lip, which had curved into a devilish grin. Kiyoshige didn't even notice him. Rainy did though. "Kiyoshige....B-behind you...." He looked quickly behind him, and laughed. "Kaede, it's just your imagination. Nobody is there." But Rainy saw. Kiyoshige knew that Elegy was too fast for his own good. It took a few years of training your ears to even HEAR him. Rainy shrugged it off, and clambered up the wall, her large claws piercing the brick wall as she climbs. "Come on guys!"

Cody climbed onto the stage, "Anyone up first?" He searched the room for any volunteers
