Aww it's so freakin' cute! I have to disagree with some comments about it. It doesn't look like a "rash" or "weird" b/c of the spots. I mean it's pretty much the same as the rest of its species. Also, this Chibi doesn't need to be coy; it knows it's damn cute and is like "eh, whatcha want?" lol.

One thing I do agree about though are about the feet. I can't tell for sure but it kind of seems off, maybe it's the perspective of it. All in all, great job artist
