I love how people think if they don't tell us what pets need revamping, we'll never realize it ourselves.

And I still like to think of my keeto(s) as more like skunks than cats or dogs. xD
I love how, for a pet site, Subeta pets have more life like shadings than just flat pixels on a screen. :O
Wow, the Keeto looks great. I was kinda dreading my Keeto getting revamped, but the artist really did a good job. I like how the aura is more wilder, and the eyes are a big improvement too. I'll have to update my overlay soon.
The devonti isn't my thing, but I think it's a good update. Kudos to both artists.
Keeto's seem to always have had a short snout and large ears, kind of like the fennec fox, you know? Short snouts don't equal feline. Body form wise, they've always had a more canine look to them, and they still do.
Feline nose? Now, do you mean domestic cat or big cat? Domestic cat-wise, the Keeto's nose is too big to be one. Big cat-wise, it's too small and with sharp edges.
I mean, I guess I can see what people mean, if I squint and sort of look from out of the corner of my eye, but the fact remains:
We know the relatively short-snouted, tiny-nosed, large eared Fennec Fox is a canine, and that the large-nosed, large-snouted, small-eared Lion is a feline. The difference between canine and feline is not in the face, it's in the entire body of the animal. The Keeto doesn't have the rounded-back of a cat resting with four paws beneath it. It doesn't have the poofy cat-poofs where the whiskers come out of. It has no visible claws but, Keeto have NEVER had visible claws. Felines in general do not have the tucked-in belly that the Keeto's have, that's a canine thing. Felines also have the skin from the front of the thigh connecting straight to the skin of the stomach, whereas canines don't. This leads to cat legs looking shorter and more streamlined, whereas dog legs tend to look longer than cat legs of the same length. NOW although I'm arguing the point of Keeto's having a general body structure that is more similar to canines, the fact remains that we don't know. We just don't know. I don't know. You don't know. That person who's checking the site out while taking a coffee break at his local cafe doesn't know. For all we know, the Keeto is some sort of canine-feline mix, or maybe a creature that is altogether different from both canines and felines, and just happens to share some of their characteristics.
This has gone on long enough now. Love both the revamps (the Devonti still looks awesome and happy and I love it). Kudos to the artists!

whoa I've been a teeny bit worried about the DM revamps b/c I have 3 that I really adore. No more worries about the Keeto! Holy crap! It is STUNNING, it looks soooooo totally kick ass, I love love love it!!
The only thing is, the darker aura is a little hard on my eyes for some reason. But it looks gorgeous! hugs Animosity and the artist
Loving the updates but I know of a few Darkmatter pets in need of a severe update, which I would like to recommend doing next.
Lasirus, Serpenth, Velosotor, Rreign. Their dark matter models don't necessarily match up with the current updated adoption models. And hey, throw Swampie in there. Ya'll should give them adorable sea monsters some love sometime! I'm fairly sure they haven't been updated in nearly a year, if ever!
Hmmm... with all the new Keeto revamps, I've been noticing that they all look very similar. 
Of course they're going to be drawn in a similar style considering it's one artist who draws them all, but I'm talking about poses, expressions, etc. The only recent Keeto update that looks different to me is the chibi one. I don't know, I'm a little disappointed by it, honestly. This one especially looks quite stiff in the body. I also find the lack of shading on the dark stripes a little strange; it's part of the fur, right? 
Shouldn't it be shaded as well? But overall the quality update is quite nice.
But I am digging the new Devonti. I love how the pose is pretty much the same but the quality is so so so much better.
The keeto is sex. <3 The muzzle is fine in my eyes. The older one seems a tad droopy, while the new one is more level with the eyes. I adore it <3 Along with its feeties.
And Jenni, I agree I kinda do see a peach color. o_o
I really like both of these! I love how the Devonti is licking the little dark matter, and the keeto looks pretty awesome. Can't decide between anyu, keeto, and devonti now >.>
I really adore the new Keeto. And I'm comparing the old and new side-by-side and honestly, the muzzle is really not that different at all. I don't see how someone could say that the old one is DEFINITELY canine and the new one is DEFINITELY feline (which is bad for some reason). The art really needed an upgrade and it got what it needed and deserved. I also enjoy the darker aura, as it's not just a Darkmatter possession aura, it's the aura of the Keeto itself.

Also hope we see some of the ones that look REALLY outdated get updated soon (Darkonite, antlephore, charlie, lasirus, etc, there are quite a few still using the old standard poses with darkmatters flying around.)

The Keeto has a lovely texture, and I love the body. Unfortunately, that feline face is a turn off for me. I think if the nose were more canine, and the line from nose to mouth less pronounced, I would be much happier with it.
In the future, is it possible to keep the canine noses and muzzles? I realize I have the option to make an overlay, but I really do like the art overall, and would prefer to not have to alter and overlay ^^

Ehh the keeto, the purple streaks on the old one were better, and the face on the new one is kinda wonky. Pretty good otherwise though. Devonti is nice too.

I really am starting to dislike the coloring that's coming onto all the keetos. There is just something that bugs the hell out of me about it... and I really don't mean it to be mean.. Its just a personal opinion. They all look like playdough. It's beautifully done tho.

The Keeto desperately needed an update too, especially with how flat the old one was; the fur detail on the new one is great. My only problem with the revamp is that the aura is so bold and dark, it makes it really hard to look at on a darker screen. @
