We have made some slight changes to the base of the Human Avatars.

The lineart also seems to be thinned down just slightly so it's not as flat-looking.

Oh wow, what a lovely update. The art is MUCH better on this, even with slight changes. You can see the shading is improved by far, and the lineart changed enough to look more natural. And yet they STILL kept the base the same enough to the point where all the clothing wouldn't need to be redrawn. WONDERFUL. Thank you artists!

There's a thread in the Human Avatars section of the forums that shows the new and old bases next to each other

It's easy to see the differences when you see them side by side. Great Job on the changes! They look more natural now <3

Did you also change the females? If so, what do we have to do to get the new bases to load? Mine still has the drawn ankle line and all, so it's still the old one. I tried refreshing in the wardrobe avatar section, but it stayed the same.

Aha. I see a major change: if you compare the torso of the old and new, you'll see that it's now less curved, making the the overall make base look manlier.

I kinda liked the more-defined look to some of the original parts, but I think the crotch line is amusing.

And yeah, that line on the ankle that was a bit awkward is nice to not have there!...

the base color is also a little lighter than before. you can see the difference also in the wardrobe when you switch between male and female.

the male base is a tiny bit smaller than the female. Shading is also different. and the very obvious ken like crouch. looks great.

I think we can spot the base changes for a little time here on Arvee, since the new ones will most likely be added there pretty soon.

One thing, though. Please, please, don't make the female bases with inevitably necessary larger busts. I mean, please leave the cleavage option, or.. just, something; somehow leave us girls a choice with that.

Looks like cleaner lines, males have a slight package now, and that awkward ankle line is gone.
