Only if the cards don't replace the Paypal system. I mean, if we can use boths systems to buy stuff, it would be great for those who can't use Paypal.

I believe this is a great idea. We'd be able to reach out to other people this way, and it would be much easier for some of us (like myself) to support the site. :3 I've been wanting to buy stuff in the cash shop for ages, but unfortunately I don't have a Paypal account or anything of the sort. That, and my parents give me strange looks whenever I go "Yay Subeta!". xD;

i think its such a great idea since it will reach out to more users and attract potential ones as well. It will give users more options in how they choose to support the site.

I second the movement to have the cards in Gamestop and places like that. I can't use Paypal, but I'd definitely buy some Cash Shop stuff if we could get the cards in stores. That would be so awesome.

I would love another option for getting Cash Shop credits since i don't have a credit card and can't use paypal. Although, like many other people here, i'm not very fond of Walmart (haven't set foot in that store in over 4 years) but i'm sure i could make an exception every now and again.

The only reason I say about Walmart or Target is I have one walmart close that doesnt carry any types of cards for online games.. they are just too small .. and the closest Targets and Walmarts to me after that are an hour away driving on the highway AND they dont have them either.. well target has gaia but thats it .. the online thing for each store says they carry them but when you go there and ask noone knows what you are talking about

This is a GREAT idea. Not only would it make CSC available to the users who are unable to use PayPal, it would allow the site to get more revenue.

To the users bugging out about not having a Walmart in their area, they need to read more closely. There are foreign equivalents to Walmart, so don't worry.

I highly doubt that their would be 'redeemable codes' on the cards for special prizes since the staff know and understand that not EVERY area will be able to carry these cards.

yeah i'd use fewif i had in romania. >.> just as long as it wont become too commercial and the good stuff to be able to get only like this.. its more than enough that some potions and cash shop items are f****** expensive or available at certain times....you know what i mean. i already used real $$ for virtual items on other sites (NOT neopets)

ps thats another reason I hate Neopets is bc they have cash cards but you cant get them everywhere in the usa let alone in other countries.. and they give out bonuses to card users and it makes it unfair to the paypal users .. so I say if you want to give a bonus or free gift, give it to all, not just one group of users when its not avail to all to get.

I love paypal bc its so convenient but I wouldnt mind a card either. The only downside to a card is that in rural areas (like where I live) it would be very hard to get them so I hope if you do go the card route that you also leave the paypal option.

Regardless, for those of you in the UK the method we are exploring for you is accepting "Wallie Cards" and "Paysafe" cards which you can purchase in drug stores and gas stations.

No offense but I dont really care about the employers I shop there cause its cheap and has everything in one place. If people didnt like working there then they should leave to a new job. I am sure walmart treats people like poop but i dont hate the store because of that. i hate the people who run it. wont make me stop shopping there because of it.

I probably wouldn't buy one myself because Paypal is just more convenient for me, but if I could persuade relatives to get it for me as a gift instead of money at birthdays then it could be useful.

I love the idea of the cards, don't really care which store they're in, don't have paypal. I don't really see an 'incentive' to buy the cards - isn't that the point of CSCs in the first place? This is just another method for getting those. I also have some concern about the cards being internationally available.

It depends whether you could do that without ending up owing money to the companies that carry them in their stores. It would cost money to have them printed, and there might be things like contracts that could make fore compromising circumstances.

Reason why I had said yes is mainly because I dont trust paypal or any internet for money things so I would love to be able to walk into a store like walmart or target and get a $10 gift card to use for cash shop credits.

Poor Wal-Mart getting bashed for bringing low prices at convenient places That's an excellent idea. Us, people who don't have paypal for whatever reason, can totally join into the fun of being Cash Shop buyers if that goes through!
