Make sure that your <a href=preferences.php?act=profile>email information</a> is up to date, next month we will be changing the method we use to send these out, so hopefully they'll get into everyones e-mail's.

I wonder if anyone randomly put in letters for the redeem code. So many people can't recieve any, or the codes don't work.

I got the email in my junk folder, but I did get it! However, I tried to click the link and it told me... "This is an invalid key! Click the link in your email again ! You might need to refresh once!" I don't know if that's the same as the already-redeemed message people seem to be getting, but that's what I got...

Hmm. I've been having problems receiving Subeta email. My email info is current, and I think I've added the correct addy to my "safe" list so it doesn't go into the SPAM folder, but I'm still not getting the emails.

Any advice??

When I clicked on the link in my mail the following came up:

Well I refreshed and I clicked on the link again... both didn't work so I got the items from the link ins the news post... Just thought you should know about the mail link!^^

Upon first clicking the link, it told me I'd already collected the gifts. However, I refreshed (I don't know if this means you fixed it) and all the lovely gifts and sp showed up. Thank you so much! Also the last newsletter did come to my e-mail but not this one and I haven't changed my e-mail at all. Thanks again!

I've got a low user number and normally get the email early. Didn't get it this time. My email info is up to date and nothing has changed from the previous month. I just clicked the link. Unlike everyone else here, I got doubles that I have deleted.
