Iltallo raises the gems into the air over Scarbor and and a light engulfs the entire surrounding area! When the light fades, you notice that Scarbor is now Galactic!.

Woo hoo! More Cadogre love! 8D I've always loved the markings of galactic. :3 It might just be me, but the something about the front (Head or chest) seems off somehow. I can't describe it. X_X D-d-don't get me wrong, this is great! It's just I wanted to try give some helpful critique to help... :c
