Yeah, it goes off the Chinese new year, not ours. ;p Like, I thought I was a rooster (Since, I was born in Jan 93) but since I was a few days before the new year, I'm a monkey. o_o;

actully it also depends on when in year you were born
the zodiac doesn't go from Jan 1st to dec 31st.
I was born in Jan 71 and I'm a dog not a pig. (weird yes)

That's true, if you were a january/early february baby you'd be a dragon but the rest of the time you're a snake.

Out of the ones I have seen so far, the tiger is my favorite.

By the way, I am an ox, because even though I was born in 86, which is the year of the tiger, I was born in January. This means that I was born before the Chinese new year.
