Maplestory is just celebrating the Chinese new year. The red envelopes are very common in Chinese celebrations (weddings, parties, festival's, etc).

You have to refresh alot. I usually restock from the main shops, browse forums, and horse around in the pound, and have found plenty.

Think that is like the best one out there =X Thank you Red Envelope. Though, I always get yelled at when I open my red envelope during Chinese New Year in RL XD
