Artists are not added on the Help page because they are not part of the Customer Service and Support Department. Therefore, there's really no need for you to be contacting them for help. 
Why didn't you tell us who they are? Will their names be added on the staff page?

They may not be able to release the names yet because the applicants that made it may not have confirmed their acceptance to the job. Just a thought.
