I'm pretty sure that all of the combos have to be made from restockable items (besides legendaries). I may be wrong though.

I'm fairly sure it will be the pixlin for the poisonne, seeing as the nanamo is far to rare for them to be taunting us with making it part of a combo. At least, that's what I hope, lol.
Also not working: pixlin in combination with wart gummies, or with fairy dust, blah!

Well I've tried my Beat with the Blob Squirrel, all sorts of Montre items, and so far no luck.

I've already tried it with the radio headphones, Music Note, Rap CD and Rock CD, no dice.
