Defiantly keeping true to the species this time. I can barely tell the difference. Not really anything to say about this since its pretty much the original with a few touch ups, except that the art is indeed better and it's definitely a thumbs up.

There really isn't a big significant difference between them like there have been with other redraws. So I was just wondering, if there is not a significant difference as with the other redraws, why the change? Just wondering, really. Both look great, so it's hard to decide, but I ended up choosing the new one. Great work on whoever drew either one

It's nice, but maybe a narrowing of its eyes could help preserve that creepy look that makes Keeto awesome. :3

Ive been waiting so long! Finally! Although I was hoping for a bit more difference in the revamp....it looks to plump and average in my opinion. I would like to see longer legs, thinner tail, thinner body, and a smaller head.

Urgh. Keeto revamps = bad idea.

I know all these revamps are to keep things more appealing to future members, but the only reason why I liked Keetos back then was because the older (and I mean original) ones had more a creepy personality than finely shaded fur. Not that I don't admire the artist's fine style. I do. I'd give my left lung to be able to cel shade as neatly as that. ANYWAY; I don't /hate/ the new idea, I'd just rather not get rid of the old style. Subeta used to be the coolest when there were only simple pets... D':

I think you guys deserve a pat on the back.. I didn't even realize it was the new version at first glance, and this is one I would be picky about. Very nice, you captured the old one well.. I think no one should have any complaints about it, since it's so similar, only shaded better. XD Thank you, to whichever staff artist drew this.

Ohmygosh, FINALLY. I've been waiting for this for AGES. Thanks you guys! But, I think the keeto should be less plump and stocky, and more lean and fox like, like in its galactic form.

I'm really impressed about this revamp. Close to the original in my eyes, yet made enough changes to look more "animal" like. Overall, I like the new version slighty better!

Possibaly some of the wierd lighting comes from its aura? I always imagened the keept to give off a faint glow. xD

Something is DEFINATELY wrong with the shading of the face and back (the spine area, that is) The shading just isn't right... : althought, I don't really have much else against this...

When it comes to the chest and stomach comments I have no idea what you're saying I just put them one on the other and dropped opacity... It has more chest fluff on the revamp and the same stomach angle. The old one is actually thinner than the new one.

Sure they fixed the legs and the eyes look fine. Even better, the aura is almost exactly the same, the newer one had more dramatic curls.

Overall the new one is more anatomically correct, heck it's a great retouch!

I don't know much about light sources, but I do feel that the tail could use a bit more shading. Compared to the rest of the body it looks a little flat. I do like the revamp though, and it had addressed issues that I didn't even realize were a problem area before now, except the lack of a wrist and appearing to not be able to bend it's paws at all. I do feel like the cheek fur could stand to look a little more natrual, like how the inner ear's fur was. I love what was done to the both back paws, and the buttocks :X I love the new muzzle though. I think if there was a bit more black around the eyes it would help revive the personality of the original, and maybe cast a bit of a shadow on th eye? I don't know if that would not work with current light source, but it is one of the things that I noticed was in the original and not in the revamp, and I think it would help fix the problem of the eyes looking dead. Well I don't think they look dead but others seem to think so. And/or maybe narrow the eye a bit more so it looks more like a glare and less cute? I -really- like the revamp. At first glance I saw no real difference, but the more time I spent looking at it, the more the changes stuck out to me, and now they look completely different. I think it looks great and is a wonderful improvment.

It's hardly any different at all.. But I don't like the new one. It's more cute than Keeto, and I just don't like the distinction in the paws.. It looks like a poodle trying to daintily avoid a puddle. Maybe more choppy fur-husk would make it even out?

The changes are minimal, but it's definately an improvement. ^^ I have nothing against this.

Well, I think it's a BIG (in big bold letters) improvement from the current one, and major from the devamp. I like it, and I can't wait until nuclear or glacier, the only two keeto colors left. Now it's going to be a lot easier drawing the Keeto, also. And it's sooooooooooooo (in neverending O's) cute! I mean, it used to look like a zombie! No offense, though. Yay for all those keetos, a chance to become POPULAR!

I only see a few minor differences, which are really small its hard to see. To me it doesn't look liked it was revamped at all. Its still cute none the less, but really it still looks the same. I probably wouldn't have noticed if you didn't mention it was revamped.

I like it, though I think after having this pose for the past two versions, that the keeto could use a little more of a pose-change. X3 Also, I believe there needs to be more fur detail, especially on the head, cheeks, tail, and neck. I wonder what the GY keeto will look like?

I... don't see a difference, really. The coloring looks a bit better, but everything looks identical. It's very unfortunate that the Keeto is keeping that stoic pose though. I for one love complete re-draws as long as the pet is well proportioned.
I can never like the Keeto that remains like this. The one time I had a keeto I was desperately looking for a replacement, and I found one and changed it within the week. It's not an attractive pet, and nothing seems to have been done to fix it.
Oh well. I was hoping for a redraw so I can get one again. I love the concept of this pet. But as long as it remains like this I'll just have to forget about it.

Shame. I hoped the person who did the galactic one would do a complete revamp (galactic one is one of my favorite pets on site). As for this update - body is better in quality but the face looks a bit chubbier and eyes look a tad bulgy. Meh.

Honestly, at first I couldn't tell there'd been any changes made. XD

Then I notised the MUCH better shading, the better paws, etc.

Someone mentioned that the muzzle looks longer? It's only the shading causing that effect; I don't see any difference in length.

This in incredible! I'm so glad that the Keeto is finally getting a revamp. I love how it's the same exact pose, only touched up. It looks so much better.

While it's beyond awesome that someone finally got the hint and attempted a retouch instead of a total overhaul, the changes to the face still manage to change the pet's personality. The thinner muzzle takes away the smug smirk of the original, and the eyes look more straightforward and blank, while the original had a more cunning look. Still, preserving the pose and NOT burying it in shiny plastic shading was a step in the right direction. More revamps should follow this pattern.
