Well, the last question did ask for sorceress... which is female... not sorcerer. I've never heard of a male being called a witch, either. O_o I've only heard wizard or warlock.

Wizard isn't necessarily female. And, before anyone brings this up, yes, I'm aware that Witch doesn't necessarily indicate female either, and that both males and females are referred to as witches (and not generally warlocks for the males), however the item description goes on to refer to the Witch in female terms.
