I get the same error as paintinglies. According to the little help file it links to, that message means you are banned for three hours, and will continue to be instantly re-banned if you use the same IP address. I find this to be completely unfair, especially since it's based on the computer having a proxy. I can't control what the ISP does regarding proxies (yes, my ISP does seem to use a proxy)!
Any chance that could be removed so that -all- Subeta members can give the chat a try?
