Actually, Cash Shop carried the 20% DC for awhile, but not the 30% that I ever saw. And the 20% was $30 cash, I believe. Which made these 30% DC's impossible to touch for less than 30mil or so. It's worth it if you RS - if you rarely to never RS, this item is likely a waste of money to you. Over the last year of using my 20%, I've saved at least this 15mil I just spent on the 30%.

I think the whole point of selling them to get rid of a lot of the points by flushing them out of the system. They are hitting the rich by asking them to buy things that are expensive and the poor are trying to follow suit which just screws up the economy more. Oh well as long as everyone happy. =)

eh...I think it's kind enough from Keith to put the discount card in the MC. Plus, it's not the 10%, but the 30% card. I don't know if it's a cash shop item or something else, but I think it's rare. If Keith should cut down the price at 5m, I'd feel sad for the people who paid 15m/20m/even more for it...

ok doing the math ---- To break even, at that 1500sP savings on a 5k item, I'd need to RS 10,000 things. I don't think I've RSed 10,000 things in the year I've played here including participating in a RS war. So I guess it doesn't make sense for me. But it sure is nice to see that discount come off at the end of a shop purchase.... congrats to those who are getting one I am jealous 
Discount cards are totally worth it if you restock. You can make it back in a few days if you know what you're doing. XD
I would never wind up saving 15 million from the purchase, so it's a bit steep for me. At 5m, sure I'd pick one up. I wouldn't feel weird that my discount was "prepaid" really, ya know?

Yes, you keep the Discount Cards in your Inventory to use them. NO, they CANNOT be stolen by the Rotten Rogue - they are the ONLY non-stealable item in the game. HOWEVER - they CAN be zapped into useless dust and slime by the Pet Zapper V2, so put your DC away before you zap, please
