The required waiting time between Token Shop purchases is always 12 hours. If it is allowing you to purchase more than one item from the Token Shop within the 12 hour waiting period then yes, it is a glitch.

Uh... I just nabbed a blob squirrel, and then - just to check - went back and clicked on the blob bunny. And I got that too. So... would that be a glitch, that there was no time limit? I know that it existed for me yesterday.
