I think Rajani's right there, same thing seems to happen to me. You get the error if someone else grabs the item first...at least that's the theory I agree with.

I think you only get the SQL error if you're too slow in grabbing something. If I click on a Longcat fast enough, I get the item. Whenever I miss something I get the error.
I could be SO WRONG though. xD
Oops! Try waiting 5 minutes after grabbing an item before trying again!
