Well heck can't you come up with questions that adults and/or non US residents can answer.

I barely go shopping so why the heck would I know the answer to a question like this.

I worked retail for years, I hated the phrase. Hubby is still in it, and just used the term yesterday.

No it isn't. The person is describing a black balloon from the Lakeside Ballon Hut as being "posh". I repeat, no one ever said that it was an item, you read in something that wasn't there.
