I really would rather not prefer the wings though, but they might look better if they were somehow more tied in with the animal.

I do like the idea of it HAVING wings. But, to me at least, I think they might look better more towards the front than by the tail.

I love it, nice diversity..It's uncrowded art-wise, fills the space beautifully, the shading is beyond expectations..Just lovely.
I could've done without the wings on the tail..I figure they're there to give the creature a touch more individuality..But it's just not original. We already have the anyu with those oddly placed wings. I would've liked to have seen a "back leg" set of fins instead.

For all those who haid the wings weren't useful and not practical.. They were really just added to make pretty x3 YIf you really want to get in that topic, the Anyu has wings on its paws; it must so often step on them! I'd personally hate it to be quad and have wings on each sides of my paws x3 ..... pauses.... Alssooo.... As I said, it was to make it pretty.... You wear a necklace, why? Because it's pretty c: Not because it's useful, really. I think the Tutani can just... fold then tight and swim pretty well. Maybe it's just me, or I'm biaised.

Oh - it's beutifully draw - the shading on it's back is really watery and lovely. Wings on its tail bother me a bit, but I still think I'm getting one when elixirs surface

Is it just me or is the lineart a bit thin on the fins and upper "lip"? It might just be my eyeballs playing tricks on me, but it just looks very scarce in those two areas. Also, the lightest area of shading seems to be a little pixelated, which is hurting the image quality kind of... really bad? ]; And I kind of agree with Steen... I just. Don't understand why there are wings?
Other than that, I think the concept is the cuuuutest thing on three fins. Its facial expression makes me want to pinch its squishy little whale face. And eat dolphin-safe tuna, even though I don't eat meat.
