Ick - make sure when you go to him, the item you buy doesn't put you under 750k or else he won't accept the item
So I'm confused... I went and started one of his quests and bought what he asked for and all that , but when I went to give him the items I get this "I expect a certain amount of sP to be put into my quests. Sadly, you just can't provide that. 
" ..I had enough sP to start a quest but not finish? I'm confused...

You need at least 750k to do his quests. I LOVE this guy's returns! 100k+ for a three item quest, 70k+ for two and 30k+ for one.

I didn't do so hot. After using up my 20 plays I ended up with just a 42K profit. BUT my shop till's got nearly a million sP sitting in from people buying stuff for his quest. And personally I think Saggitarius is really fine! Even finer than Jaxon Skelly.
Hmm, definately nice. I'm really liking this, thanks Keith! A little common sense and whatnot really boosts your sP(I have 5 quests left, made 200k+ already.) Plus, My shop has been exploding with people finally buying all of those high rarity items. I may have to work harder on rs'ing! ^^;

Oh! And because of him (I assume) I got to sell a hard to sell 80k item I got from the Wizard! Now both of those quests end up as profits today! grin
As for a spending limit, someone on the forums suggested this:
30k for one item
50k total for two items
100k total for three items
That's what I did, and it worked for me. Once or twice I lost out with three items, but it was never more than 10k or so.

Love this guy!! I set a spending limit on myself of 40K and I made a killing! If what he asks for is over 40K I just tell him no. (Of coarse, that is subject to change) Does he ever give out items? He would be perfect if every now and then he would give out an UB!
I dislike him right now. But that's my own fault. I need to figure out how much to spend. I did 20 quests and lost 300k. +needs a spending limit+

funny ... i guess people buying expensive items for his quests put me over the minimum sp needed. i didn't have enough 10 minutes ago, but i do now ...
I just wonder if him quest still gonna be nice later... because since many do him quest the items he ask gonan raise in value... so i guess it's gonna be less nice in time...
He gives quite a good amount, i did finish most of his quest so right now im not complaining. I like this new guy

400K profit overall on only about half his quests; I kept getting silly unbuyables that shouldn't be like Vampy and Spotted Puppy Beanbag. And another 200K from my shop from people buying for him.
I got about 50k profit in the end. Learnt fast not to spend to much when I spent 70k and got 30ish in return. x.x

Gah, I didn't do so well, gave him expensive items and came away with only half their value back, so no profit for me.
