Carl now has a low chance of giving out Shyshark Bait as a reward for his quests! You can still get the bait from fishing. :)

I still think fishing could benefit from a tutorial or guide of some sort, I may just be stupid but it is the least understandable game on the site bar none.

oh no sad times, I missed the accidental higher chance, but no way I'll complain about 15 extra quests! ^^° Will have my fingers crossed, it's nice to have a second way to get it. :D

I think that chance might not be as low as you meant for it to be? Either that or this is the luckiest I've ever been in my entire life since Carl just gave me 3 of these (not on the same quest).
