You have until November 5 to defeat all the Morostide themed challengers. We are aware of the lag and will have a post later about any extensions on the holiday. Please keep the comments to just challenger related things!

So far: 90+ battles and 2 Shrieks, I’ll take it. Both Shrieks were 1st win drops. Need to try and remember what weapons I use against Nightlady for T9s, I can probably eek out a few more if I can figure it out.

I'm just excited, this is the first time I've ever beaten Carrion Lord! 8D 5 wins is looking real doubtful, BUT that first win is still super exciting!!
I’m sure this is the first year I’ve not had a scroll from her, and I’ve got 5 scrolls in my armoury which I’m sure I haven’t purchased, so I guess I’m really lucky in that respect. That said, I’ve beaten her 60 times this year and haven’t had a single one…

I think new Subeta logged us all out and has booked for everyone. I'm sure lots of us have tickets in since we can't access forums to leave posts but like...boy do I wish anyone on staff would pop in and say...something. Anything.
Thanks everyone here for their info on drops and stuff. With New Subeta not letting me log in, I can't check any forums for info on anything.
Yay two Shrieks from 10 battles (makes up for previous years without any!) :D
The log in is borked and returns 521 when using the normal page and runs forever on new.subeta.net without ever resolving.
Out of 70 1-10 battles 2 shrieks dropped, and out of 180 total battles all of 4 dropped. I'd be mad if this was my first year being able to beat her at all and earn shrieks rather than having benefitted from fighting her in previous years when you often saw at least one during battles 1-10. Nightlady is a challenging fight in T10. After grinding 180 battles I'm going to be mad if you reset it back to the previous droprate.

Battled Night Lady 30 times and no shrieks. 😞 Got a few tomes though which are always useful.
100 wins with main pet and 10 wins with 40 pets. Still grinding wins with main.
No SoD scrolls for me, either. Time to bring out the newspaper. This spider needs to go
30 with the secondary pet, and 10 with the capped pet. 2 shrieks so far. Now switching to the capped pet to keep grinding.
Also totally unrelated, but I also can't use the Forums/Wardrobe and can't log in to "new Subeta" (it worked once and now I'm not logged in anymore). And the worst seems to be that no one cares that there are some (a lot?) of users who can't participate in the event...so, Subeta as it's best, I guess? >:(

While I wade through this wave and hope for good Shriek luck, is anyone else having issues logging into new.subeta? It just gets stuck on 'Logging in...' and never actually logs in. Meaning I can't access the forums, or the wardrobe. I've tried multiple browsers etc so I don't think it's my end...

Totally unrelated but I can't post anywhere or update my wardrobe or login to 'new subeta'. just keeps saying ''logging in'' but never actually updating. Frustrating.

I'm a bit disappointed there's no new loot this year, but I can't really complain because I wouldn't have been able to win most of it anyway, and also it wasn't promised. I just hope that next year there will be some new loot, especially for those who have had the same loot for a while.

I wish it was just all lag and not "will the site put me in the right page?" kind of issues. I can deal with lag, I restocked all day with the lag and apparently that's one of the few things behaving right now. Hopefully this is all cleared up soon and not like.. November 4th.
I want that spider as a wearable. Or on a shirt. Or something. That's a kick ass design.
Have Shrieks been nerfed? I've been finding lately, despite no curses or blessings from the opponents that I can freeze for the first few rounds then they just seem to stop working. I know there's always a chance they won't, but it wasn't this bad before or have I been having really bad luck? Is the chance of them activating tied to tier? My main battle pet recently got to T13 and it was after that that the luck seems to have run out.
I'm just getting back into Subeta and the only Morostide challenger I need to beat for my Morostide Warrior achievement is Nightlady. But... it's been so long I've forgotten how to battle! I'll still give it a try, but I probably won't be defeating her this year!
Havent gotten a single shriek scroll for 2 years now. FUN TIMES! Mind you I only have two pets & only one cant beat the spider 10 times. But thats Not the point.

- Yep, she's dropping shrieks. Sounds like you're having the same luck as I am. I've done 50 battles between 2 pets, and gotten 0 myself. 😠But some friends have received multiple in their first 10, let alone more past 10. Just terrible RNG.
Is NL dropping shriek scrolls this year? I only ask here because I can't get BC or wardrobe to load. I battled her to 10 wins with 3 pets and haven't seen any shrieks. Sure would be nice to be able to log into this new subeta and access the BC.
Thanks for letting us battle until the 5th. It really has been a struggle, but been working through it.
