I'm thankful to have my wonderful sphynx cat that manages to cheer me up even when I get bad news & wind up crying (like today). He insisted on being brushed & now is cuddling under a blanket on me :)

I am Canadian but I'm thankful my mom is still alive and kickin' even if she has a terrible illness. Regardless of her 'expiry date', I want to spend more years with her.

I'm thankfull for my pets and my family, who's always there to help me in harder times. Though that is not a one time in the year thing, but rather something I'm gratefull for every day in my life. Something that was rather a first time in this year is being thankfull for my Cousins Baby to be healthy. He is the first child in our family since a long time and since I started studying special needs. Having all the conditions in mind that exist I'm more than gratefull, that he is fine :)
I'm thankful for that after my cousin left me homeless to live in the car with 3 cats, that my parents are allowing us to move cross country to live with them while we get our lives back on track.

I'm thankful that I get to spend the day with my mom and her dogs and my nana and have some delicious home-cooked food. I'm thankful that my cousin is finally getting out of her abusive living situation and working on moving to a place of job opportunities and love. I'm thankful that my best friend of nine years has finally gotten out of her abusive living situation and now lives with a man who loves her. I'm thankful that I'm managing my depression well enough to not need my meds anymore. (I didn't mind taking them, but not needing them is still a step forward.) I'm thankful for so many things... o^_^o

Thankful for my family! Went to visit my grandparents at the cemetery, spending time with my in laws today and my family on Saturday. Excited to introduce my baby girl in March of next year and spend our next holidays with her here. <3 Hope everyone has a lovely day!

I'm thankful for all the time and effort the staff puts into fixing the site's hiccups, for making sure we get new content, and for giving us all a cozy place to hang out.
