To adopt a blob, you want to visit Blobland in Darkside. Here's a link. :) It costs 300,000 sP to adopt a blob. You can also choose to have a pre-existing pet turned into a blob.
To get a chibi blob you'll need a [item2=chibi potion] that can be bought from the millionaire center here under the "all year" tab for 1,500,000 sP and then you use it on your blobby friend to turn it into the adorable chibi version.
Its adorable! Now I must hope for a bloodred blob in the form of a pool of blood lol XD

Well, I do love blobs, but this is the first one that I don't really like that much. I also have no idea how else a blob would be chibified, other than just having "large eyes" so, seriously, you guys did a good job on that! heh.
