It's meant to be an sP sink, so going back to cheaper prices again is like a small reward for people who have bought the other slots but still want more of them.

But, one has to buy them in that order, rather than being able to buy slot 11 before slot 10? Why not let us buy them in any order (so we can get the cheaper ones first :D )?

If you haven't bought the previous 10, then you'll still see the Pet Slots tab and it'll start at 20mil! They increase by 20mil each, until you get to slot where it starts back over at 20mil. :)
