I, the ever amazing and one TRUE scientist of Subeta, have been having success after success recently. Much better than that other so-called scientist who hasn’t had a successful result in YEARS. I’ve been working on some equations, and I theorize that, based on the results of the experiment-turned-Qrykee, I will be able to develop one of my experiments into a full-fledged pet species. Yes, yes, I know it was only possible with the Qrykee due to its connection to the Sewer Beast and evolutionary form yadda yadda but they don’t call me a genius for nothing! I’ve been studying the DNA, and I think it could work. As a matter of fact, I've already picked out the 5 experiments I believe it has the biggest potential to work on.

But as always, I need funding to proceed! I can’t just zap sP, you know. Well, I know I can zap certain things INTO sP but I’d have to get hold of those things first, which costs sP, and to be quite honest I’ve turned too many things into dust on my quest to fund myself. So I’ve decided to set this up as a kind of poll, except you donate for the experiment you most would like to see made into a full pet!

Same. I always felt it would be best adapted as a pet color (Saheric?) rather than a species. It kind of looks like a wyllop anyway.

I still want a scorpion pet... and the only cool and funny color for the blob would be a nice stinky pile of poop (glade poop blob naturally dumped in the woods ;P). Nope honestly.. I am for the peacock or the dessert cat.. all others are not my side of the coin.

Aw man! How to choose! The pango-thing is adorable, but the squid is so cool, and then there are strong arguments from the blob camp.

I also like the accuracy of this situation: "I wanna do some cool science, but I NEED MONIES, GUYS!". I bet the University of Centropolis have long since stopped even opening Euclid's funding applications.

All these guys would make for pretty neat pets, but I think I'll be supporting the squid here personally. The site could always use more aquatic pets, and the mollusk category hasn't even been covered yet either.

I'm voting for the squid...because that was the first experiment I really thought about seeing in other colours..

But the others are all so tempting (Esp PeacockDeer and Blob). I wish we could see them all LOL

I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T KNOW. On the one hand, the creative color ideas for the blob are ENDLESS (I imagine a darkmatter blob that's literally a darkmatter, an adorable hill with eyes for glade, an adorable fireball with eyes for reborn (or a campfire?), either slime or silly puddy/play-doh for nostalgic, perhaps a pile of sparkly stardust for galactic??...), but then could you imagine the epicness that would be peacockpony in all the different colors??? but, also SQUIDS..........

But, seriously, if Subeta is making more pet, we still don't have Eagle/Hawk (Faster is close enough, but not quite) and Jumping Spider. Peacock jumping spider, THINK OF POSSIBLE COLOURS.

I agree with some others, while I love the peacock we do have many equine ish pets. None are like the squid, we have a fish and a sea monster? But nothing of this cephalopod sort. Though the other I think is creative is the pangolin. Both would look great in other colours and poses.

And the blob is super funny and all but I see that being more tough as well as not as likely to be used as a squid bro. But thats just my dumb thoughts on it. Either way this is a really cool idea. Im curious to see what comes of it.

Yes my previous cuttlefish <3 <3 <3 I've been zapping Cepha for a while in hopes to get one but I would LOVE to get other colors! When the last experiment became a pet this is exactly what I was hoping for. I'm going to dump so much so towards the cuttlefish!

But yeah, I... I don't really like the fact that it's only one of them that gets to win? I don't care at all for 3/5 of these, and while I like the peacock-kirin a lot, we already have Neelas and Legecias and various birds that fill that niche. We have no cephalopods, and I really, really want to see more squids. ; __;

Because I don't really want to have Hedlok the Custom Common Experiment something, I kinda want to have Hedlok the Silver SQUIDPET or Hedlok the Arid BIRBHORSEPET.

Not every single answer is in custom overlays - I don't like how it's written on profiles. The wording is off and I like having all my pets in the same colors, instead of having a couple pets who are Common-masquerading-as-Arid or Silver or Twilight.

I don't have expensive tastes in colors, really, and I know that if the pet I want wins, I'm going to have the colors I want day 1.

Hmm. I actually like having my pet being "The Male Common Experiment " and not something like "The Male Common Feli". It fits with my character more than being an exact known species. Oh well. Not interested in voting anyway as the others don't interest me.

Personally, if you wanted to have a single winner, I think we should have been allowed to only vote for one pet, period.

All SP used on other options than your first choice might as well be wasted, since only one will win in the end.

Really, a 3 out of these 5 would have been better, because it would have allowed people to pick a 1st choice and a 2nd choice. But the way it's designed now doesn't make it worthwhile to use money on several pets.

I didn't have any problem with the last time they did it, because we were going to get all those features eventually. So an sp sink made sense and didn't really leave anyone out. This, though? This is a single permanent pet choice that isn't going to be voted in by popularity, but by the people who're willing to throw millions of sp at it. I still voted, but I'm not a fan of using this new pay-to-vote method for things that actually impact all the users on the site.

I think it's a sP sink, which I think is fairly common with websites that have forms of currency. Keeps sP from being overly inflated. Not saying I want to see this system of voting all the time, but I don't think it's a horrible tactic.

Not a fan of this new vote-with-your-money method. It feels too much like the current state of elections in the US; it's ridiculously unfair when there are going to be people throwing millions at a pet and tipping it over the edge. What happened to one person one vote?
