: nope, it's not their fault, it's lifes'. A lot of really inspiring people died in the last two years alone, so we are given little hand-made trinkets to remember them by... Lots of them were PREETTY old, so this is one of those decades where it's just not fun to be a lover of the good ol' days:(

So, 99 Red Balloons is actually about nuclear war (or just war in general in the original German). So, I want to make a nuclear apocalypse HA now, featuring, of course, the balloon. If only I had the stuff XD
