Closed Old User Shops

As of today, all shops from the old system are closed. You can no longer reprice items there or have users purchase from those shops, you will however still be able to remove items! We are not deleting old shops, so you can take your time removing items.

Just a reminder that normal users are able to have 4 shops and galleries while gold account users are able to have 6 shops and galleries. The limits on items are still 750 for shops and 2500 for galleries for normal users and 1000 for shops and 4000 for galleries for gold account users, though these are still not final!

, there is a "remove all" option at the top in the edit items part of your shop. If you click that, all items on the page will be checked, then you scroll to the bottom, select their destition, and submit the changes. The items will be moved to the destination you chose. You have to have your new shop set up first, though.

Thanks for the answer to my first question. I don't know about you but I would be just as happy if all I can do is access the stats so I could screenshot it. I feel like a dumb-dumb for not doing that sooner but I didn't know that I wouldn't have access to that information.

So we have to remove all of the items individually, and put them in the new shops that way? Is there not a faster way of doing this?

To your orginal question, " if someone has a GA and 1000 in their shop. When their GA expires what happens to those extra 250 items?" My guess is that they stay but you can't add any more items until you're under the allowed number for non gold accounts. I know that sort of thing happens in the Locked items in the inventory. I'd have ten items, and my gold account expires and the items are still there.

I've had some decent luck questing just now, so it's not 100% demolished. Have hope that it can be back to normal soon.

Well seeing the comments on the quests has me worried, it's my main source of income. Dx hope this is fixed soon! Heck I may even attempt restocking to help out for a bit.

Not enough people moved/priced their new shops fast enough. The search probably had /some/ items, but they were priced to lowest, so easily bought up and not replenished. The "older" items were higher priced, never bought, then removed. We get a whole new start on many, many items now... but really, a week was not long enough to build the new shops up.

Something needs to be done about the massive amount of items gone. Questing is pretty much impossible right now... even common items are not in shops.

I like 's suggestion. Just a jump start to the (new) economy would be a great help.

Is there a way to transfer my original shops stats, lifetime items sold and sP made? Or at least access the page so I can screenshot it? I just went to do it and the page (edit shop) was GONE! :( It's something I really wanted to save!!! It's the only thing from keeping me from deleting my original shop. PLEASE?

- You can transfer your till like said, but there's no way to transfer your sales stats (items sold, lifetime sales). :(

Let's just hope there are enough junk items in a week to do quests with, considering the NPC shops don't want to restock either.

We plan on increasing limits, especially for galleries. :) We want to do a bit more monitoring of the shops before we start increasing again!

I got mine all moved and repriced last weekend (took forever), but still hoping the gallery limit raises, trades are added back to shop search and we get a way to change the order of the shops on our shops page and profile. With no trades showing up in shop search the CWs I have in trades aren't selling and I can't find the items on my wish lists. Thanks for the reminder.

You can keep the shop but take everything out with the remove all function. Then you can delete it whenever! :D

That didnt work for me. I had to remove things one page at a time, transfer to inventory/vault, then move to the new shop.

OH! I never thought of deleting my shop to send everything to another shop... Does that actually work? Or will I lose something.... because there are 30k items in there.... And BOO about the shop search glitch :C
