Spooky Chance Machine: New Items and a Free Spin if 2,000 Users are Online!

We've added some more items to the Spooky Chance Machine to make it a bit more worthwhile. Don't want to take the risk? To spice things up, we'll be giving away a free spin if you keep busy during the remainder of Morostide!

Until October 31st, if there are 2,000 or more users online at once, those users online will get a free spin at the Spooky Chance Machine! This may happen multiple times before the deadline, but you'll only be able to earn this buff once. Remember, if you haven't already received it, you'll also get a special achievement for being online if we hit 2,000!

Note: The Baticus and Crowley items will have their transform option removed at the end of Morostide as well. Please make sure to transform them into the state you're happiest with before then, or you'll be stuck with it how it is!

I agree with especially as I spent far more than 100csc on them. I was sad enough when you stopped making them, but removing this from old ones now?

With the old 250csc you could at least let us grab a few of the five items :/ If I had known the feature would be removed I would have purchased more than one of each before retirement. Not like I could really afford that, as its one of the reasons I really appreciated transforming types.

I am really disappointed that you are taking away the transform option on these items. Is that only because you put them in the machine? I hope this doesn't become a trend :/

Not bad. Many wl-items :3 Have still get a free spin though. I have tot-ed like mad since the beginning but havenÂ´t gotten one so far. That sucks to be honest.

Wait Are all transforming items doing this? I go back and forth between two items with the crowley quite often...this sort of defeats the purpose of my buying them if every transform I spent csc on now no longer does that .A.

Spooky Chance is the only machine I don't mind paying for because I need pretty much all of it. But, wouldn't you know it? I got three of the same "rare" item in a row. How does this even happen. Get it together, RNG.

I can't afford to spend precious CSC for a chance. If it were to buy the item I chose, that would be different. Chance is too expensive and risky. :(

I don't know, it made sense to throw some new stuff in the chance machine because almost everything in there before was worth less than the 100 csc spin fee. So it really did need stuff worth over 100 csc in ordre for it to make any sense to exist at all.

If I remember correctly because I remember scrambling for tokens, the Hypno-monocle was 4k tokens. I'm not sure what the minion nip was, but I think it was 2k tokens.

Idk, I'd rather have a free chance? And I'm not sure why you're still arguing about this when Amber's already confirmed that both items will be returning to the CS and TS.

We arenâ€™t requiring you to get the nip/monocle/waiver items from the machine only. We put them in there for this 2k user thing because itâ€™d be nice to get one of those items for free. Even without the 2k event, users generally get 1-2 free spins at the machine during Morostide, so isnâ€™t it worth that free spin if you end up getting the monocle or whatever from it? Iâ€™ve made it pretty obvious from my last comment that the items will be showing up elsewhere like TS/Cash Shop (because we generally wait a bit into the holiday before we start giving you guys the goodies like those). We purely added these to the machine because it gives people that free chance at them!

But why are they in a chance machine. If they were chance items before I'd understand, but it's kinda unnecessary to put them in there when they were previously far easier to obtain. On top of being given a generally cheaper way of getting them, in the TS. It limits the chance of getting other, actual chance items that were far more expensive and harder to get. If they are at all more common then we have the added bonus of them being too cheap in shops while still limiting our chances at other items... It just... Doesn't make sense to me. At least in the general CS shop only people that want it will buy it and it lessens the chance of them being cheap-as-balls in shops (and thus, not worth spending money on). Although I also hate and don't understand the appeal of chance items to begin with, add in items that I don't think should be in there...

Kinda messed up that the monocle, waver, and nip are all in there. They weren't chance items, they were offered freely, and the monocle/nip are pretty basic staples. And the monocle and nip were token shop items.

Hmmm. I feel like people who live in the less optimal time zones have a distinct disadvantage here. For instance, I live in the Netherlands and it's 1:30am for me now. When it's 9pm here and probably around peak activity, it's 3am for me. I sleep at those times. I'm sure I'm not the only one in that situation. Nothing that can be done, I suppose, it's just a bummer...
