I think the reduction to 1 minute is great! However, the shop favors the Food Haus way too much, and always snubs the Boutique. The Boutique is arguably the worst time slot where many in the Americas are not home.
Overall:
The Boutique skips this day. Therefore, Food Haus gets an extra full day, and Beer half a day.
Food Haus gets 9 hours from 12:45PM to 10PM, almost the full period.
Beer gets 5 hours from 7PM to 12PM.

Please, maybe next year switch the shop times? I never get online during the day and only am around when the beer/food is open. It'd be nice if they were switched up or something, doesn't have to be permanent but maybe every other day or something? This way all time zones have a chance.

I wish you guys would have all 3 sections opened up for the last day :( I missed clothing due to my time zone and it sucks that I won't be able to get any more of the new clothes.

Hmmm, I think there was a miscommunication between the programmer I contacted and I when discussing the times. I wasn't able to check the times manually and had them look and they told me 5, but the code says 4. I'm going to go ahead and make it six for the last day though. :)
Also, does anyone still need the drunk gunter achievements? I bought about 30 beer items before I realized I already have the top tier for it. :P
