The Battle Coliseum has gotten a bit of an upgrade!

Battling is now reload-less and much faster!

In addition, you can now put all of your pet's scrolls into a Scroll Library, where you can sort them into different sets. Regular players can have up to three sets, while Gold Account players can have up to five. Your default set will be automatically used when you enter a battle by clicking the "Battle With Defaults" button, or you can choose a different set for a specific battle when you click the "Choose Weapons" button.

You can convert all of your pets' scrolls to the Scroll Library by clicking here, and you can add a single scroll to the library by clicking on it in your inventory.

Next up: Multiple saved weapon sets, which will work the same way!

On the select pet on the battle quest page the pets are very tiny the size of a pencil eraser and the battle opponent picture is gigantic. The text is still overlapping so go by the tier level under each pet. You can battle without using a scroll so the battle quests will work without scrolls until the new feature is working properly. I haven't added my pets scrolls yet for fear they could disappear with all the problems going on. Battling is possible we just have to go about that a little bit differently until the pictures are resized again. If your battle pet is the first one on the list just check the first circle and it should let you battle with your default battle set as normal without using a scroll. It's better than not being able to battle at all. I was perfectly happy with the other way of battling that worked just fine. We'll just have to patiently wait for however long it takes to see if the new way is as fun as the old one is. Thank you kindly ^_^.

Tried to do battle quests and still not working. It won't let me select any scroll sets. So the scroll library is more than totally useless, it's preventing me from using any scrolls. And that ugly stupid red button is still there (please get rid of that!). Guess I'll be giving up on battle quests... again. :( Please fix this or go back to the old system until the new one is actually working!

I just navigated">http://subeta.net/games/battle/scrolls.php?act=convert]navigated here from the news page and there's just random text. Guessing that's an issue. I won't post it, cause there's some offensive language in there, but if an admin needs it for reference I did copy/paste.

nothing works

pets have forgotten all the scrolls they had read;
I cannot associate a set to a pet: he no longer have needed AP;
I would like to take the scroll from the library but I can not;
Graphically the battlefield is too broad and confusing.

So far mega failure, the old system is easier to use. Slow and takes forever, only way to go from one quest to the next is to refresh.

I would like for my pets to share scrolls but I keep getting the error message this pet doesn't have enough APs even though I know they all DO. So I can't use any scrolls at all, which makes the scroll library completely useless until they get it fixed. And please take away that ridiculous see if you won button. It's just dumb. Will have to wait to do any more Battle Quests until all this is fixed. :(

For those having scrunched up Pets names/pictures, I switched to opera and mine aren't scrunched up anymore. They still are on Firefox though. So try a different browser until they find a fix. I love the new system and how my pets can share scrolls now. Way cool!

I've done a few test battles with the improved coliseum, and my favorite things so far are the fact that when you hit the "fight again" button, you don't have to reselect your pet (something that was pretty tedious in the previous build), and the fact that you get an increasing amount of exp. each fight instead of a decreasing amount. Now the exp. and difficulty scaling finally work sensibly! ^_^

My least favorite thing, though, is how crunched up the pets list is now. I have 20+ pets, and the smashed up list and tiny little pet icons...well, to be blunt, it looks a hot mess. The pet names run into each other, their pictures are so small that I can hardly even select my pets just by sight. That part of the page really needs a touch-up.

Other than that one cosmetic snag, though, the new BC build is looking good. Great job, guys!

Just tried doing Battle Quests for the day and it's awful. I can't tell which pet I'm choosing because they're all on top of each other, both sets of scrolls keep saying that the pet doesn't have enough APs, which I know it DOES, so I can't use any scrolls, and that stupid really annoying See If You Won button has GOT to go. Giving up on doing any more Battle Quests until these are fixed! :(

If you refresh while it's loading, it'll go through. It errors when you refresh after clicking the game over button, but it still goes through.

Well I'd like to do battle quest's but I guess since it's so impossible right now I have to skip a day, hopefully this will get fixed. Loading was never a problem for me and now I go in and it loads for soooooooo freaking long- I'm not even kidding, it's really frustrating. Don't get me wrong I get they're trying something new BUT when you click the 'Game over' at the end of the battle and THAT LOADS for a looooooooong time...then something is really wrong, that's just a no. Actually it never stopped trying to load, so right now battling, for me at least, is pretty much impossible. And I loved doing the battle quests and battling so I miss it.

I refreshed on the new page where you select the pet and weapon set and scroll sets and stuff, and it fixed the problem! The message about not enough AP disappeared, and now my scrolls are there. Thanks so much pal! try that hun!

The goal of this feature is to make it easy to use the same scrolls on different battle pets. There are definite graphical issues and a few bugs that will be sorted out in time, but when this works the way it should, it just makes it a lot easier to battle on more than one pet. So to answer your question directly, your pets can share scrolls, you don't need two of the same ones now unless you want to have two of the same scroll in your set.

Battle quests are not even readable. No pet pictures, no opponent picture, text overlaps itself. It's very confusing and it can not be completed at all. If I'm understanding correctly with the highest respect now we have to take the scrolls off our pets and put them in this new feature? I tried a regular battle and all it shows is battle weapons and no scrolls. I'll wait a few days to see if it's worth figuring out the new changes just to enjoy battling again. Seems complicated to me when the other way worked just fine. I guess the question is what do we do if we have 2 or more of the same scroll? Can two battle pets use the same ones or do they each have separate ones? Many apologies for asking so many questions but I've had a very stressful day today and need to make sure I understand the new changes to the battle system. Thank you kindly and have a wonderful day ^_^.

Thanks, but it's really hard to select a pet when the info on the page is all overlapping, I can't tell which pet I'm clicking on. Maybe they'll get it fixed.

if both of you are still having this issue, try refreshing on the page and reselecting your pet. that worked for me and now I don't have the issue.

Yeah, it worked for me the 1st time but every time after that I've tried it says not enough points even though my pet has double the points needed for the default set. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I am having troubles with the whole not enough AP thing too. Normal battles are fine but not BQ. I usually do them first =/

small bug that may get overlooked easily. The scroll that is automatically selected when you go to your next turn changes when you generate a new item, like when Natasha makes bullets. It might in some other instances too.

do you only have one pet that can battle? some people have had success doing bqs with scrolls if they only had one pet.

I just realized that if I refresh on the pet select page then I can use my scrolls. This will make bqs much nicer.

For awhile there, I was able to do my BQ without refreshing and after the battle I got this button: See your results, that was nice.

When I edited my scroll set, I removed/checked them all and then edited it and it moved it up to the scroll library I created. And I was able to battle the last BQ challenger which was Prodigy with my scrolls.

When I'm in a battle everytime I make a move I have to refresh the page cause the loading bar doesn't work, that's actually more time consuming than it used to be Ã§_Ã§

refresh, it'll load the updated page. but you'll get an error when you press after pressing game over, because it doesn't redirect you. but it's a work around for now

I can't get to that page because it doesn't reload for me. So I get an error and I just go back to the battle challenger page.
