Cash Shop Update

Been waiting to buy cash shop credits? Now is the right time! Buy Cash Shop Credits this weekend with Paypal (Priceless Diamond Buttons) or Stripe (Spilled Bag of Diamonds) and get one of these awesome items plus 15% bonus credits on top of your purchase. The bonus weekend will end at 2pm on Monday!

It's also time for a new reward card! Not just any new reward card, though. We've taken feedback from the first few cards, and we're opening a shop to sell the items from this card, and the past three cards.

For each stamp you will now earn Loyalty Points (LP) in ascending value to spend in the loyalty shop - stamp 1 is 1 point, stamp 2 is 2 points and so forth. Completing a card awards you 5 bonus LP, bringing the total for completing a card to 60LP.

You can save your points between cards, so if the items from this card aren't exciting to you, just wait for the next card and prizes to be released.

The one thing I like about bonus csc (aside from the obvious) it helps counteract the extra I have to spend with the exchange rate.

Being someone who can't actually purchase CSC with real money, I'm actually excited about this. It may mean that more of these items will drop in price, and I can finally afford to buy them. :) Woohoo!

I bought CSC this morning, never got it because of a site crash, no paypal item, no CSC bonus, no loyalty points, no reward card stamp, and no one is working my ticket. For some reason, I'm a bit discouraged.

But. The talk about getting rid of currencies and replacing them with sp sinks makes me nervous. Not everyone has a shitload of cash to spend in place of certain currencies, just saying :) We're not all multi-billionaires.

This is great, I like the idea of being able to choose what items I want, as opposed to getting every item (as in the past) that was rewarded for filling up the card.

I'm confused, however, about the talk of sP sink, what is that?

Also, what currencies will be "gotten rid of?" I hope that doesn't refer to things such as points earned from events a couple yrs ago. I still have points from the last reading drive as well as Epicon and the Masquerade plot (both from 2013) which I hope to keep indefinitely. I'm not in a hurry to spend my points. All three of those are listed under Retired Currencies on my Vaults currency page. Please don't do away with those, they were hard earned and I'm slow in purchasing things.

But can I school you all real quick? They don't actually eat rice in the wild. They eat insects, nectar, tree gum, fruits, and vegetation. You only see them eating rice because people who illegally take them in rip out their teeth so they don't get bit (they're venomous) and after that, they can only eat soft food.

- What? You get 60 points for completing the card ($100), which lets you purchase all of the items from this month and still have 5 points left over that roll over to next month. The five items for this month cost 55 points. :)

I LOVE THIS UPDATE! I'm a more casual CSC buyer due to my income, so I doubt that I will ever max out a rewards card in my lifetime. It's really great that I'll be able to get the items that I couldn't from past rewards cards now. Thank you, staff!

I like this, I think. :) All I know is that I don't have to get items I don't want. I've had no problems filling the cards so I've received every item that's come from the cards but now it's nice to know I don't always have to buy CSC just to fill the card and get the big item.

Also I don't know how I feel about the thought that some currencies are going away. Unless you mean the retired currencies will be deleted from the site, which is how I feel considering Amber's hint-hint-wink-wink sort of comment in another news post... :)

Ok so this doesn't make sense. With $100 i could get all the items from the reward card. But if I just got all the stamps for $50, I won't be able to get all the items now, because I only got 41 LP and I need 60.

This just doesn't add up. I feel scammed out of items :/
