Okay, my quests have now reset twice, and I just completed another Carl quest and it went from 0/15 to 3/15 after one quest... can we sort this out please, my lunch hour is nearly over.

I don't think battle or drills would be planned for the reset, obviously. They don't give tokens. Only Quest shop shopkeepers give tokens.
