Infected Vials

Ah, ahem, is this thing on? Oh, I'm on now? This is live!?

Er, hello citizens of Subeta. I'm Nurse Margo with the Center of Infectious Disease. You might remember helping me to treat ill snow faeries during Luminaire?

It it my regret to inform you that Subeta has been experiencing a new series of infections this year, the source of which is not known at this time. While these infections are resistant to our vaccine, they do not appear to be as virulent as in past years, and we at the CID are confident in saying that these are temporary illnesses. Anyone who becomes infected is advised to get plenty of bed rest until the infection passes.

Any information about potential infection causes should be reported to your local CID representative in order to help us better understand and combat these illnesses.

Having to quit 4 out of the 5 quests due to totally unbuyable foodstuffs sucked. One was brand new. The other one has an overall average price of around 15k. Isn't super rare. Yet does not exist on shop search.

two unbuyables in a row (actually spent one full hour trying to get a hold of the first one, jfc)... wow. i'm glad i'm already a zombie so i won't need these vials to access skitters, but, man i'd still really like to ENJOY these new quests. any news on the "will they reset or what" front? anyone know anything (since it appears staff aren't even checking this comment section)?

I'm a little sad that I won't have the option to keep whatever this is, but I'm sure whatever is planned will still be very fun. ^_^ It's really interesting, and I can't wait to see how it unfolds!

i personally think it is fun that the infections are only temporary most people cure after the event anyway

if you cannot get into the zombie den with the current strains it is because they have not yet progressed enough to qualify you as a zombie, in the past there has been 6 or more stages of each virus (zombie den only allowed stage 5 and up I think it was.. been awhile) personally I like this new change of how we get infected :3

even with the past non-temporary infections you could only get to skitters when it was a bit more developed, like in stage 4 or 5 of the infection or something these are no different i guess

Is there anyway you can increase restocks for half baked? It's kind of ridiculous that the item tripping me up is Delicate Blueberry Wafer, there are none at all in shops

Anyone else find it suspicious that Bubbles is the one handing out vials? :o IIRC, the 2012 plot ended with Ecks providing him with a machine that would help him 'make drinks'. Now - I'm not so sure...

since the max is 5 quests and there are 5 vials but i did 2 so far and got the same vial twice, i'm assuming that these quests will reset tomorrow so we can do more quests for collection purposes yes?

Guys you gotta go to the underground where the Alchemist is and go to the Lost Skeleton and poke around the shop until Bubbles asks for your help. I clicked to buy an item when the RE showed up. Best wishes!
