sMail Phishing

Please be careful if you receive any out of the ordinary sMails tonight (or ever, really). Someone is going around sending sMails with a phishing link in it posing as a giveaway forum topic (though I would not be surprised if they changed it up some after seeing this news post!). We are taking all the measures we can to keep this from happening and to remove the sMails before you even see them, but be cautious!

If you do click on any links that lead you to a page asking you to input your username and password, your first step should always be to check the URL in your address bar to make sure it is really Subeta! If it is not, do not enter any of your information!

If you think you may have been a victim of this phishing attack, please change your password as soon as possible, and think about setting up a <a href=/preferences.php?act=pin>PIN to protect your account!
